Very good service
Great communication from customer services. I wasn't available on the suggested delivery date, they responded very quickly to my email to request changing the day, which I appreciated. They kept me informed of delivery time, and the driver was helpful.
I haven't installed the shower panels that I bought yet, but they look good I'm very pleased with the price and free delivery!

Item Damaged Upon Delivery
I was away on a business trip when the item was delivered, and my wife received it on my behalf. Upon returning and inspecting the product myself, I discovered that it was damaged.
Update 1:
I contacted the company to report the issue, and they have agreed to send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. They reviewed the evidence provided and acknowledged the damage to the item prior to delivery. I appreciate their willingness to assist in resolving the matter.
Update 2:
The replacement item has now arrived and is in perfect condition. I appreciate the company’s efforts in resolving the issue. The only remaining inconvenience is disposing of the damaged original item, but overall I am satisfied with the outcome. I have updated my rating to 5/5 in recognition of the resolution provided. Thank you for addressing the matter promptly.

The delivery contractor needs some thought
The company was really helpful in organising the delivery day.
The delivery company were not good. A 2 hour delivery window was provided, so I stayed in. They were late, so I could've gone out and been back. The driver didnt say a word, just grunted at as twice. The packaging has a hole broken through it, so I asked to check for damage, but the driver just shrugged and grunted. Really poor manners.
