Bathroom Store lives up to expectations
Bathroom Store made clear that deliveries could be affected by global supply, and yet service was reasonably fast. Goods ordered contained glass and it was handled with due care and left in a safe area as per request in my absence. Overall, a very good experience, and very competitive too. Will do business again and would recommend to a friend.

excellent service & a good quality product
I ordered a 1.2m long stainless steel shower drain on Wednesday night and I had it early on Friday morning, this was good because it did not hold up the job. The product itself was well made and had the correct falls within to drain properly, a well made strong product. I just picked up a standard fitting EPRC112 in a 'builders providers' to connect to the 40mm waste and it all worked out perfect.

I bought a shower enclosure from them and it came well wrapped up with all the necessary parts. It is also pretty easy to clean and the parts look quite solid. Let's hope it lasts but looks promising!

Very dissappointed with the shower door…
Very dissappointed with the shower door that we ordered. It was supposed to be a 700 by 700 quadrant door but when it arrived it measured 650mm by 660mm and does not fit on the tray correctly. I also waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered having been told when I bought it that I would have it the next week. I do not recommend using this company.

Sent wrong sink, then a cracked sink
Ordered a sink and they sent the wrong one, arranged for it to be returned and received the correct sink but with a big crack in it. Had already delayed my bathroom install by 2 weeks at this stage and they were fairly unhelpful so I drove up to the store in louth myself on a Saturday so the plumber could install it on the Monday and they didn't even refund the delivery cost.

Delivery Date
Yes, after purchase I didn't get a definite delivery date. After a week I emailed the sales team and they dealt with me promptly and I had my delivery within two days. I cant help but get the feeling that I might still be waiting on the shower tray if I had said nothing. Need to give a firm delivery date on purchase.
Anyway overall experience good.
