Feel CHEATED! Couldn’t withdraw my winnings when the time came. Horrible customer loyalty and service
I was using the website for a few years and it was the only one I used a stayed with.
I always told everyone great things about the platform and promotions because to me it was perfect..
BUT ..
It’s happened a few times where I was not getting my code to withdraw $ which always caused me issues. I never made a big deal of it because I’d get it after a few days eventually .
In the beginning of February this month, I was never receiving any codes anymore. I Contacted customer service and they just repeated the same things over.
It’s your phone .. maybe it’s in spam . Check with your provider ..
Coincidently for a brand new iPhone 17 mid month. At least Double or triple checked all the issues they suggested.
None of it was true.
I was pleading to find a solution.. a different way to get a code maybe?.. this went on for 3 weeks until I finally gave up on the company because I feel completely cheated and they did not care to find a solution.
I definitely lost way more then I withdrew.. so the times I withdraw and ask for a solution, i would expect some real assistance..
Regret ever promoting them or even starting with them..
Business and general ethics 101, don’t screw people over.. I know my business is probably literally nothing to them in the big picture, but, it was not right and made me feel awful.

They don't have the money, they must be broke
The used to send my withdrawals in like 15 minutes to an hour. Now it takes over 24 hours at the least. This site is going broke people. We are best off to quite playing it and move on. They will not pay your or explain why they won't. They also only have email support or telephone. Batery is losing a 4 year long customer today.
