Battery is not working at all
Your battery which you send me is not working at all. Battery is not charging and is probably broken. I'm trying to get RMA from producent website for refund but bot is just awful. I can't show info from program batterymon because battery won't even charge. Of coure i won't even install this battery from fear that my laptop will stop working or something.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with your recent order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused when you received a battery for the L16M4PB0 instead of the L16S4TB0 that you had ordered.
After consulting with our technician, we have verified that despite the different model designations, the battery shapes for both are the same. They have the same performance, size, and voltage, which means that the battery you received is fully compatible with the device you originally ordered. You can confidently use it without any concerns.
We understand that the inconsistency in model numbers may have caused confusion and concern. However, we want to assure you that it does not affect the normal use of your device or the performance of the battery. Our commitment to providing high-quality and reliable products remains steadfast, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction as a valued customer.
In addition, our customer service staff has been in touch with you via email. If you have any questions, you can consult us at any time. We are here to help and will be more than happy to assist you.
Thank you for your continued trust and support of our products. We wish you a pleasant and trouble-free experience with your purchase.
Best regards,
