I reached out to Bassbros as I was in the market for a new bass, coming back to it after a long hiatus. They responded to my email very quickly with some advice, and I booked in a visit to the showroom to see what they had in stock. The whole visit was brilliant, really friendly with no pressure at any point. They gave advice and opinions on the various options and happily left us to try out a huge range of basses they had in stock. I ended up leaving with my ideal bass! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a new pedal (origin effects bass rig) recently. I wasn't expecting to receive in time for my next gig but lo and behold it was with me in around 24 hours. Played through it that night and it sounded immense. Great service.

Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the next Wednesday. The guitar was more securely packaged than when I brought my first born back from the hospital and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the product and the service.

Great experience today at Bass Bros near Leamington, trying and buying a Fender Telecaster. Really friendly and great customer service in a comfortable environment. Although mostly known for their extensive stock of basses, they have a growing list of very cool guitars, so worth checking out.

This is my second time purchasing an EBMM from BassBros, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. The packaging was flawless, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
