This site is totally scam , I bought a account of $65 and when i try to login the account it says invalid account and I wasn’t refund

I feel basetools is a scam and this people are just extorting money from people for nothing, I loaded $20 on my account, I bought about 5 accounts which all of this accounts were not active, i reported for a refund and they told me I have change the tool password mean while I’m not even able to enter this accounts with feedback saying email and password you entered is incorrect. They just close the report ticket as if you are begging them for and they have one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel they should close them and no one should ever deal with them again.

I deposited 40$ in my account on 7th July just yesterday I went to check my account showed no deposit and I refreshed the page they say service unavailable,I need my money back to my account.😭

the last time i used basetools was 2022 i paid $61 into the site now and i haven’t received the money into the profile yet and it says it’s gone through from my end…now i’m so scared of losing my money because of the bad reviews i just read on here please is there any way i can get my money back ?? can’t we sue the company or something what the hell is going on ??! why is the site not shut down yet if it’s a scam ?????! i hope i get my coin paid to the profile else i’ll find every possible way to get my money back SCAMMMMM

basetools.sk is s scam...stay away...they selling fake login and when you report, they show you some stupid fake screenshot and close your report without fixing the issue or refunding you...stay away from basetools.sk
