Absolutely fantastic 4-watch winder that not only functions flawlessly but looks amazing! Easy to operate and program, with easy options such as the length of time and the type of rotations required for each of your watches individually. Added to this is the most responsive customer service, with prompt return of emails making this an extremely worthwhile purchase. A must for those who want to keep mechanical watches current and functioning flawlessly. A+

This company have been very helpful in providing items missing from my husbands watch winder. He must have lost them, it was out of warranty, but they sent items free of charge. Cannot praise them enough for their brilliant service.

If I could give a zero review I would. I ordered a yellow watch winder a week ago in stock, so went ahead, still not recieved it, if it comes tomorrow will be 8 days, they say 2-3 days and up to 5 when busy, I had to complain several times to ask where my order was, the reply from Lisa Housego, was sorry took my eye off the ball, it was not in stock and should have contacted you. Yes you should have, I would have ordered a different colour, but was not given a choice. I find this poor in relation to the service overall. She did say as a mark of apology, I will send a adventure case to you, well im not interested in a cheap £12 case, I just want my order, incompetent staff, have let me down as a customer.

I bought a dual winder for international delivery. The communications were excellent, the product arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged. The finish is excellent, the fingerprint reader is a good practical solution for security. Overall a very nice place to keep my watches in top condition

Bought a watch winder from these guys and it was lovely. Speed of delivery and comms was great from the team. I did unfortunately return the product as I need a slightly bigger tray, nothing to do with the quality. They were fantastic with their customer service and will certainly buy a larger case in the future once I’ve added a few more watches.

Had the pleasure of purchasing one of these watch winders and they are amazing I was a bit confused about how to work this and I called them and spoke to a pleasant man called Sean he went through the process of setting it up for me and it was no problem for him to help me in fact he even sent me the instructions via email too,there’s a saying you know how good a company is when there’s a problem and this company are very good and their customer service is second to none thank you Sean and thank you barringtons for a quality watch winders too

I've been a fan of their watch winders for a while, and have a few single winders in various colours as well as the twin winders. They have a wonderful finish, run silently and efficiently with all the settings you need, and the customer service is just great, very helpful and attentive.

Really impressed with the efficiency, speed and comms by the Barrington team.

After attempting to buy a Barrington unit through a reseller who advertised lower prices but had very poor comms and an outright refusal to deal with customer complaints or refunds, I went direct to Barrington who couldn’t be more helpful and customer focused.

The product is top notch, but the key thing here is the satisfactory customer service received from Barrington, helpful, courteous and prompt.

I found these guys to be great. My 2016 watch winder was broken and I had given up any hope of fixing it. They said to send it in and they would assess the issue, which they did free of charge. They then fixed it for the cost (including postage) of the parts listed on their webpage. I would not have asked for a better outcome or service, they really stand behind their products! I had been looking for a watch winder for some time but was discouraged by the reviews I read about other brands. Then I came across nice reviews about Barrington Watch Winders and decided to purchase a double winder directly through their online store in London, rather than from a United States vendor.

It was the best decision. My winder arrived in perfect condition within a week. It is fantastic! I couldn't be happier with its performance and how quiet it is. It's everything I wanted in a winder and more. I particularly like the storage drawer for my other watches. It even includes a remote control. The black piano finish adds another level of elegance.

The communications and customer service are simply brilliant. I would not hesitate purchasing from company again. I highly recommend them!
