It really is a amazing production

1. Overall too heavy
2. Zipper is not very smooth.
3. Bag tilts forward when fully loaded
4. Zipper design of the handle is poor. Difficult to re-zip. Look cheap too.
5. Difficult to unlock the round handle to change angle.

Very good suitcase

A kickstarter project that actually delivers. That is a feat by itself. In Singapore, every inch of space is precious. I have it hanging in my closet now. Both of them.
The bag itself does feel a little heavy, not sure how much I can fit for those 7kg limit carriers for carry on. But it is so nice, I don't want to check it in. I will want to show it off.
The button for swivelling handle is a bit hard to push for now. Maybe it will get better with use.
The opening up of bag also needs time to get used to.
The battery pack is not as designed but it is mainly for ease of removal for check in, though I hope they will improve for the next version.
Thanks for the free bags inside and the luggage scale. Certainly useful for carry on weight limit.

It's been too Long from initial to delivery but you handled it well. I think you should have drsigned the computer stand more sturdily - maybe in metal as opposed to plastic. I am sure they will break shortly.

Ideas excellent, and we're way ahead of their time - but by the time you came to market there are many well known and respected luggage manufacturers delivering 80% of what you promised but with vast distribution channels - making it hard for you to compete.

Its been a long wait, but worth it - great gadget that will be my constant companion.

Initial review: With the communication and updates as to what the design changes were from the initial prototype to the first batch shipment, I am very pleased with my luggage. Very aesthetically pleasing. Love the fact that the tracker and battery pack are portable (can use the battery pack for concerts, conventions, etc)

Any necessary literature needed is included in the luggage, from stickers on the back of the bag to show you how to open the tray and how to lower the handle, to a card located inside the luggage that gives you the link to a video to watch on how to use the luggage.

Minor quirks are the fact that the zipper zips top to bottom, which makes it a little awkward if you don't have nimble fingers and the button to press to make the handle swivel is a little stiff (which was mentioned in an update and has been worked on from previous iterations).

Any quirk I've mentioned I'm sure can be handled with more testing and more feedback from other customers. The luggage does do what it is intended to do, collapse.

I anxiously await what other luggage designs the company comes up with.

These guys know what they are doing and I think with their customer centric focus their products will only continue to become better and innovative.

The first product a carry on is great and full of interesting features. I think the only area this particular product can improve is the durability of the materials they have used. Room for a premium product perhaps.

The Barracuda is an excellent hand carry baggage that places importance on built quality & functionality. I extremely like the laptop tray, handle can be rotated, collapsible design & integrated powerbank.

Cool factor is definitely the table, handle, collapsible sides and battery compartment. Im not sure about the durability bcos we've not use it. The real test will definitely in a long run after several times of usage. But it has a very cool look that will sure attract attention. Overall i love it. Even the name is cool😊

Tailored looking, easy to set up and break down, wonderful extras included. Appears sturdy and will be perfect for a 3 day weekend.

I couldn't wait to open up my Barracuda and see if it really matched the descriptions. It did! It does! It's beautiful. The collapsible features work smoothly. It is spacious. Can't wait to go somewhere with it!

Is was amazed and very creative. Just the size is a bit small :)

The bag is a good invention, esp the laptop and cup holder that's hidden in the bag handle.
But it might also because of this that the bag is a tad too heavy.
Great buy though.
