Good dog food but shame about price hike
Food seems to be suiting my lab and her coat looks shiny and soft. Unfortunately after only having it twice in subscription the cost went up by almost £10 a bag which is disappointing .

Food and service top notch. Courier crap...
My dog gets on well with the Salmon variety, the subscription service saves me money, and the people are great. But the courier service, DPD, are not great at following clear instructions about where to leave it, preferring to not ring the doorbell, and not leave it where instructed.
Other than the courier issue it's all really good!

For my last subscription order I was…
For my last subscription order I was only told an item was not available two days before delivery was due, and told the whole order (wet food and dry food) would be delayed. I was not offered the option of just having the wet food, which was available, delivered, and an alternative dry food was not suggested. I found an alternative myself and changed the order, which arrived two days after the original delivery date but sadly I had already run out of wet food and had to buy elsewhere to tide me over. Slight glitch but otherwise happy and my puppy loves your food.

Delivery two, we're still happy..
2nd delivery arrived no problem. This shouldn't really be a surprise but subscriptions that have been in place for years suddenly find our house is invisible to delivery services from time to time.
Customer service didn't blink an eye when I sent them a picture of the front door for reference.
Biggest cat immediately took pride of place a-top the boxes and the food is, in an entirely unsurprising events, still creating miaowing heads at mealtimes-especially the new intake kittens & teen Mum, who are finally starting to realise that there will be food & they don't have to panic.
It's nice to have points making money off vouchers and as an added bonus we've discovered the empty boxes are brilliant for organising baubles.
