I live up in the Yukon and I still got my package within the set amount of time, and the juices taste great and exactly as advertised. One of my reasons for making this review is I checked trust pilot before ordering and although it had a low score, I took the chance since the price literally could not be beat. Hopefully this will help anyone in the future that has high anxiety when purchasing things online as I do and can guarantee not only is the website legitimate but also that the quality doesn’t suffer due to the low price.

None of their flavors actually have flavor. They taste like nothing. Need more flavor!!! Won’t be ordering from them again.

I give 3 stars because of shipping I pay extra 15$ for expedited I live in vancouver it should take 2-3 days to get here but it's still in Ontario I have mailed regular mail to montreal and it got there faster then ups expedited that's a joke other then that they are awesome juice is always tasty lots of flavor you can't get a better deal I would recommend

I ordered some juice, I didnt even open them and they dont want to refund me and they make me feel bad for asking for a refund. Not cool. I will not order from here anymore... Bad custumer service :/

I think that a kind merchant should either refund or replace the missing product when a foreign customer receives an incorrect order due to their lack of language skills and they haven't even opened it. I think I ordered 4x120 ml liquid, but I received 4 empty 20 ml bottles. Unfortunately, this company is completely unsympathetic to this issue and their refund policy is very poor. I never recommend this company, stay away.

It's pity that I didn't study well about the reputation of this vendor. UPS didn't have the parcel on day one, then this is no way to get in touch with the guy. Cell# in order confirmation is outdated. Sucks. You don't want to waste your time and money on this vendor.

Have ordered multiple times with no issues at all. Always shipped next day and always exactly what I asked for . I even asked for a specific mix of vg to pg and they made it for me.
My only suggestion is a flavour shot if ur not doing mint as it tends to be on the weaker side but that could be just me and most likly is .
Can't argue with prices as im in bc and we can't get large bottles here so it's a win in every category. Just wish they had a points system like most vape shops or discounts for return customers .

I complained about the second delay by UPS and they weremoree Ed confrontational then helpful. Rude.

Have been a loyal customer of their's for well over a year and a half. Yes at first i tried out different flavours find which one suited me, some were not flavorful enough when put in the type of vape i had, and my go to kind which i now order every month is perfect for me and MY needs. Had a friend buy the same one but in her machine it was way to coarse and hard to smoke. Have also realized the number of mg of nicotine plays a role in the smoothness of the smoke it makes. Have only good comments about this company sure i had to try out a few kinds but now i know which i like the best and the ones i dont like at all. Never had a problem with customer service but yeah the guy at the other end has a slight sense of humour which so far i have found crude but amusing. Products always arrive in the good time frame taste is also always the same and they verifie every batch so if you do have a concern they can easily trace which batch it came from. Have never let me down through all the time i have been a monthly costumer. Even have certain flavor bans in my province yet they still serve their clients and the price/quantity ratio is exceptional where i live you can easily pay double at least for a bottle half the size of their's.

Juices were bland and flavorless. They were also too harsh and unpleasant to inhale. Filled up my pod once then stopped at my vape store on the way home to get my old juice.

Yes I ordered weed juice not ejoice vapes and for my pot vape pen and it has weed piece that connects to battery stick. Wed cartridges, I spend over a $100 for two bottles and that’s not What I ordered so I want my money asap

Well first if all they need to start treating their customers well by answering their emails when there's an issue with the product.. I've sent a few emails concerning recent order and have not got a reply back .. being ignored by then which is very weird on their part. Anyways product was very bad so I'm guessing that's why they don't reply back. I've also made a review on their website and that didn't get posted,. So they only allow good reviews so it looks good for their business,. Don't fall for it because once they screw up ..you the customer will get ignored

Their website is an absolute mess. You will end up ordering the wrong products because of this, and they will ignore you, and will be rude and snarky when you ask for help. Strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. :)
