Ordered a product on line, they took 3 days to advise they don’t have stock,very poor service and inventory system won’t be purchasing from them again

Not a return customer
Order took a week to arrive but someone else’s package was delivered. To top it all off customer services then asked me to relabel the incorrect delivery, organise a courier and send it to another customer. It’s outside my door waiting for you guys to organise collection btw. Won’t be shopping here again.

Easy to use, good value
The website is easy to navigate, and search for specific items or general products.
There was quite a delay between order and packing which is fine, but I would have appreciated acknowledgement of the delay.
One item was sold out and I was promptly advised and refunded. Everything else was in stock and the specials were well worth it.
The postage was very quick and the goods arrived safely, and are excellent quality.

Product and prices good but delivering not so good took 9 days comes from the South Island there are no courier updates. If you were waiting for a prescription you would literally have to order weeks earlier to receive on time
