At AML Sheffield, we have recently started the journey with Barbour, our account manager, Sam Gafur, is great to deal with. I have had a couple of sessions now with Sam since joining Barbour, his communication methods and support offered so far have been of great benefit, also, Sam's experience and knowledge of the platform really shines through

Barbour have provided invaluable support helping us to navigate through our environmental legislation requirements and in particular our ultimately successful pathway to ISO14001 certification.
Nick, Hannah and the team have given great support throughout and are always readily available to give speedy support & guidance when needed.

I have been in regular contact with Sam, and his expertise in explaining how to use the platform effectively has been excellent. He took the time to tailor the session to our needs so we could get the most out of our account membership. I would highly recommend Sam to any future customers.

It is comforting to know we always have the correct compliance information at our finger tips. The TEam at Barbour filter out all the jargon and provide plain-English summaries of complex legislation documents saving so much of the users time - Big Shout to the Writing Team!
Also our Account Manager Nick regularly checks in even though we have been a customer for many years. Nick is knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to help.
Highly recommended for anyone responsible for EHS compliance or legal oversight.

Have been using Barbour since late 2025 and have had a great experience so far. The platform is easy to use with a plethora of useful information, and much easier and quicker to find that information than trawling through different HSE guidance! A big thanks to our product managers Katherine and Samiul who have both been fantastic with supporting our use of Barbour.
