Avoid as 1 didnt send full order & secondly have to keep chasing for a refund after 3 weeks nearly, so avoid ordering from the UK store as just reply with lies.
The items where also returned with proof received & they dont reply to emails.Not like they busy 24/7 with orders like bigger companies like Adidas for example where get a reply within 24hrs.
I will now contact my bank to reverse this payment as this lot are useless & will no longer be buying this clothing line.

I ordered a product that was meant to arrive early dec. While it was late dec, I still got no updates. I had to ask customer service for updates, only for them to tell me it was going to arrive early Jan.
The lack of transparency is appalling. You pay them your money, only for them to give you 0 updates until you ask for them.
After that, I tried to get a refund on the product, as I no longer wish to have / need it because it was already past Christmas, which was meant to be the present for someone else. I miss the refund deadline by 2 days, and when I enquired customer service to do so, they claim it was "way beyond reasonable" to refund at this point.
SO let me get this straight. if the company needs more time, they can have all the time in the world they need. But if the consumer is late for a few days, its over.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Over de kwaliteit van dit merk kan ik niks zeggen. Denk dat dit wel goed zit. Maar voor een merk in deze prijsklasse mag je een betere klantenservice verwachten. Door het leveren van UPS zijn mijn schoenen teruggestuurd naar de afzender. Helaas is mijn geld nooit teruggestort op mijn bankrekening. Dit speelt al vanaf begin januari. Hierover verschillende malen contact gezocht met hun klantenservice. Soms kreeg ik een reactie in termen we zullen er naar kijken of ze vroegen om een track and trace maar vaak ook geen reactie. Kortom dit riekt voor mij althans toch naar oplichtingspraktijken. Toch makkelijk verdienen zo €300,- en de schoenen nogmaals verkopen. We gaan nú juridische stappen ondernemen om het geld terug te vorderen.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I ordered a gift on the 27th they took the money straightaway but didn’t send a confirmation email. The customer service is abysmal, it is now the 4th and I have no item,no confirmation,no tracking and no help from customer service. I had to cancel through my bank! I will not be ordering again!!!! I specifically ordered on 27th as the “free gift” hat was included for Black Friday and this was the last day , explained to someone on the chat that this wasn’t applying to the basket for me and had no response , asked them to send the hat with the trainers I’d spent £300 for and I had no response and no “free gift” included , I would have waited to make the purchase if the gift wasn’t offered and a good gift , communication skills are awful and even worse can’t even send the gift promised when someone spends over £200 ..

Amazing service from Marlon
Marlon from the Conduit store in London gave us the most amazing customer service. We called the store first and based on Marlon's description of the shoes in stock in store we decided to travel in London straight after the call. Helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about all stock. Marlon is a brilliant ambassador for the A Bathing Ape brand. This was our daughters first premium brand purchase and he made it so special. You have loyal customers from us for life. I know this sounds rather gushing but this sort of customer service is pretty rare. The trainers are epic too.

I was not happy with the product
I was not happy with the product. I also had a lot of problems with the company. They charged me twice for 325.00 for the same item in my account. When I received my shoes they had scratches and missing a metal piece to the shoe hole on one shoe. Have emailed them and reached out to this company multiple times and still have not heard back from them. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Good and fast delivery from the international website, as delivery origin for International online website is based within China. Highly satisfied with product as expected, the fitting scale could've been more clearer for us living in the west. Also customer support was relatively slow with this relatively useless giving minimal support, hence leaving a 4 star review. However only 1 star off as bape does deliver as per advertised high quality product as promised.
