Tried to open an account - Failed!
Tried to open an account. Failed! First online attempt wouldn’t recognise gov’t photo ID. Tried to call couldn’t get on to anybody. Tried different ID, succeeded, then failed as I already had an account, which I didn’t! Tried to call and got onto somebody who said I’d have to fill out a form & email. Did that only to be told that form had to be posted with JP certified copies of ID….too many hurdles, too hard, taking my money elsewhere….hopeless, took 3 days to realise. Hope this review saves you time….
