Can confirm these shoes are as cool as they look online. Be patient, the delivery will take longer than they say but it does come eventually (mine took one month from order to delivery)
I emailed to check on my order and they responded within the day- very impressed

Wanted to purchase 4 pairs of shoes. The discount code did not work. Read the reviews which indicated that the website was a scam as orders placed were not received after payment was made.
Got a call from someone claiming to be a rep for that company, who said they were not geared for big orders. Asked for a COD order which they confirmed was only for delivery in India.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered accordingly.
The discount code still didn't work and there was no option of COD once I confirmed payment.
Hence will not purchase.

I ordered the Simha.
Once it was handed over to the courier for delivery the shipper washed their hands off the process and had no control of any information of delivery dates.

It took a lot of coordination (international telephone calls)and uncertainty to finally get them. The delivery wasn’t seamless.
Found the Simha picture to be slightly misaligned.

The story is good, so I bought something for my wife while I was in India - which never arrived. The whole thing is a scam and they work with the biggest scamming courier. They call me everyday for more than ten days just tell me that their local delivery chap is on leave, or has wedding in family, then call over the weekend and say but we can't deliver today it's holiday. I have lived in 4 continents never come across a worse courier company. They call through the secure line which only allows them to call for about 1 minute and you have to answer by the second bell.

My order was placed over a month ago and is still stuck with no update. Absolutely horrible delivery service - the representative at Banjaaran even asked me to go to the warehouse to collect it myself. No response to calls or messages, and no assistance with the order.

Placed an order with Banjaaran Studios over a month ago and received zero updates. Customer service was rude and even asked me to collect the package from their warehouse myself. After wasting an hour at their logistics partner’s warehouse this morning, I was told the package was misplaced. Hours later, they claimed to have found it but still refused to deliver, forcing me to pick it up again out of fear it would be lost. Absolutely unacceptable service, no accountability, and no respect for customers.

Excellent shoes. Great design. Very happy after a month of wearing these.

The lack of response from them is terrible. I ordered a show in December and the shoes haven’t been delivered yet. I paid the money and has never got it yet. They are only prompt when it comes to money. After that there is no news. The worst company.

If you like the shoes you receive consider yourself lucky. The purchase experience, delivery process, and customer support experience on the backend is absolutely abysmal. It feels like its a company run by students who have no idea what they're doing. They will commit falsely to you so that you place an order and then say that they're sorry but there's no policy of cancellation or refund incase they fail at what they've committed. There is no follow-up from their end on any matter. You will be forced to call and follow up on every last detail of the purchase and speak with customer support staff who will reply with a "let me check and get back to you" only to never get back to you. It just feels like the company is run by people who are doing this as a side-job and not the main work they're engaged in all day.

Delivery issues . After receiving the product quality issues . No prompt answers .
