Excellent customer service, product quality and speed of delivery. Cannot fault them. They also have a great sense of humour with branding and communication style which, like the cherry on a delicious cake, isn't absolutely necessary, but is nice to have nonetheless.

Product (cards): 4.8 The print is VERY good but a little fuzzy when looked at really close and hard. Its unnoticeable unless your trying to look for flaws.

I ordered business cards from Banana Print. The time it took the company to deliver them was astonishing. Although the quality was great, the logo was slightly misaligned(2mm), due to, as I was explained, the machinery movement that is within its specifications. It took the company a few hours to send me a brand new order with perfectly aligned logo. Kara, the representative of the company, was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely I will be ordering more from Banana Print.
