Beautiful tree. Looks amazing in our clients home!

I recently ordered your Christmas tree branch sample kit. The package was delivered to my doorstep quickly & in excellent condition.

The sample branches are ALL BEAUTIFUL & very Realistic. This is making my final choice for the Christmas tree purchase difficult. ( nice predicament to be in, though). As soon as I decide on my choice I will be placing my order for the tree.

The video clips on your site are also very helpful as I narrow down my final choice.

Very good product. Their Xmas tree is the best life-like tree with the perfect amount of lights. I bought a Pillar tree two years ago and more recently purchased a 3ft table top tree. Both these trees were very well packaged and delivery was timely.

This company was wonderful to work with. I first ordered a Blue Spruce, pre lit tree and it had a malfunctioning branch of lights. I was able to return this tree and order another. I was nervous about ordering a pre lit tree and they had a promotion which was great, so ordered a Balsam fir, with no lights. Both trees were beautiful the quality is exceptional. The customer service was great. Delivery was fast. It was an expensive cost, but they have great sales. It was worth every penny and will last for years.

A very expensive star but cheaply made. I bought this imagining we would use it forever, but it's not even functional. The pole that's meant to hold it up doesn't insert properly, meaning we couldn't even use it this Christmas, and on top of that it's supposed to be attached to the tree with zip ties. I was excited to support a Canadian company, but I expected much better than this. We were outside of the return window when I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do - for an item at this price that I received broken, I would expect something is possible... extremely disappointing

I purchased three trees and our second tree had a problem with the lights they would flicker. I did ask at least four different times for suggestions and followed each suggestion as given. None of these worked but when I would give my results back I would never get a follow up response
Part of the problem was each time I requested help I wouid get a totally different agent,
I ended up getting rid of the tree (which was only four years old) because I felt it was a fire risk.
However I did turn around and purchase another one of your trees
Now there is loyalty but where was your loyalty to me

I ordered the Christmas tree and received it in a timely manner. I have not had a chance to set the tree up as I received it after Christmas. The lights work.

I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The tree looks stunning, and the 5.5ft full version turned out to be the ideal size for my space. The tree is beautiful. It fluffs up and doesn’t look scraggly. I have a slim 10 ft, and I love how it’s a big tree that doesn’t take up too much space

I ordered a lighted garland and a lighted wreath. The garland arrived with three lights out and within two weeks one half of the lights on the wreath were out.
