If I could I wouldn’t give a star! Do not order from this company!!!! Unfortunately I made an order before I read reviews, but when I saw I tried to cancel. And I got email that I can’t do it, cause my parcel on the way. It’s took almost one month till I received my parcel, which looks like it came from China! I texted to the company to ask them provide me with returning slip, and I got email back that they can’t do it!

Do NOT order from this website - I have waited 8 weeks and still no sign of the item. Apparently I cannot have a refund as the item has arrived in my country. Last time I checked I live in the UK not Belgium where the item supposedly is! No customer service to speak of. Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this company..
You will not receive the items.
You will just be told it’s in the way and provided with fake tracking information..
No refund, no goods no reply..

placed an order 8 weeks ago, still waiting, claim to be based in london but are in fact in China

when i ordered i received an email stating i would recieve in 5-7 days

no customer services

emailed numerous times and everytime i get an email back saying my order is in transit and will arrive shortly

i will be contacting my bank and fraud team on Monday

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY

Like everyone one else, awful company waited over 7 weeks now for my product.

Don’t rate at all. Didn’t even want to give one star, but I had no choice. Ordered my products 7 weeks ago, was sent tracking info which wasn’t recognisable and said there was no info. Tried ringing the number on the site and emailing several times to maybe have had a response once or twice which were obviously automated messages. No actual human communication. Absolutely shocking. Probably not even going to get my goods. It said 7 working days and here I am 7 weeks later still waiting on valid tracking info.... do not order from them!!!

I did read your terms and conditions (which other people should do before complaining) and I accepted those after reading them. I understood that the products generally come from China and will require extended shipping times.

For all those people that complained, and didn't read the conditions then shame on you.

FRAUD COMPANY! AVOID LIKE HELL!

I ordered the at home luxury manicure kit, within 24 hours an email was sent confirming that my order would arrive within 7 business working days.
I was sent out a tracking number, which was non exsistant through the couriers website. I then attempted to make contact with them to discuss the matter. I heard nothing back within 5 days, so I went to track the order again, again the tracking number was invalid. I made contact with the courier service directly to be told the tracking number was non exsistant. I then sent them another email. Still no word back
I then went into my order and the expected delivery dates had disappeared. So again I attempted to make contact with the company again and nothing back. Within a week later the delivery dates were back but changed to the following month!

Please please avoid this company. They have no customer service what so ever! Luckily enough I’ve been able to open a despute with my bank and claim my money back!

Giving one star in generous. I made an order over a month ago and never received it. I am in the process of reporting them to the Online Fraud Police as this is a scamming website. They state they are located in London, but this is also lies. Don’t buy from the site they will just steal your money and they refusing to give me a refund

This company has no customer service. I bought an item from them, and did not use it or even open it, this is because I did not need the item anymore. After receiving the item in the post, I contacted them to request a return. I tried to contact them through phone and email but no reply. I cannot even send the item back and it is unopened, there is NO ADDRESS on their website! Really unhappy.

I was sceptical about this store but I really had a very good experience using ballerinanails.com. I was a little nervous as I hadn't heard of them before. I was very happy with the experience. I was notified all the way through the tracking process and was happy with the product and the follow-up emails from their customer service. Will use again.

I can’t believe there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve ordered at least 3 times 2 polygel kits, nail polish, ... and never had a problem with any order, whether through customer service or the products. The colours are all gorgeous and great quality. Love it.

Ordered a Professional Electric Nail Drill with 06 bits, it took 3 weeks to arrive from China. On arrival it did not work, on investigation no voltage coming out of the power unit, fixed that by using a equivalent UK one but the drill still did not work. Cheap rubbish a complete waste of time and money, do not buy.

I wish I had read about this company on here before I bought a present for my daughter!

The product I bought came exactly one month after purchase from China, the quality was so poor I didn't even open the plastic bag it came in!! Their refund policy states 'Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.'

The value of the item on the package stated $4.98 & I paid £29.98 but as it was in the sale reduced from £44.98 I was not allowed a refund. POLICY STATES 'There are no refunds for sale items.' No wonder just about everything on their site is on 'sale'!!!! Also they will not pay for return postage. Their return policy also states 'Refunds (if applicable)
'Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.' Therefore no timescale!!

I have sent them an email regarding the poor quality & as it was an electrical item I didn't even plug it in as it appears like there could be an issue around safety standards but will need to get this verified.

I have ordered an item few months ago and still no sign of it :(
