Rick knows very well what he is talking about, we are not so handy with networking and we are still helped extremely well! And for what price? Come on, these prices are not even negotiable.

Having dealt with Bakker IT for a while now I thought I'd provide an updated review.

As the title of the review says, they go above and beyond to assist their customers where possible.

I recently became an LIR member at RIPE NCC and wanted to purchase my own IPv4 /24, both as an investment but to also use myself. Having looked at other marketplaces, one of which sadly had strict requirements on only wanting to deal with registered businesses really, I asked Bakker IT (Rick) about this. To my surprise they also do these kinds of transactions, helping with the transfer of IP space from one entity to another entity, being the middleman/agent/intermediary in this process.

In a short amount of time I not only ended up purchasing one IPv4 /24, which I now have, but also another IPv4 /24 which I'm paying for in full in December when it's ready to be transferred to me. Bakker IT made the process as easy as possible, as well as RIPE NCC which processed the resource transfer request rather fast. The IPv4 /24 I currently have is also clean.

That's not all though, I had an idea in mind which I didn't end up suggesting because I thought it was perhaps bold and may have been rejected. However, Rick mentioned to me the idea I had in mind originally. I paid for a leased IPv4 /24 from Bakker IT which was also clean, but as I now have my own IPv4 /24 I no longer needed the leased one. He suggested if I wanted to that I could terminate the lease early and someone from sales could make me an offer based on the unused time. I agreed. Sales got back to me with a fair offer which I put towards the purchase of the second IPv4 /24 for December, which with the help of Bakker IT again I hope to be able to lease through them.

An all round excellent service.

If you've ever used AWS or similar products, you might know that most corporates barely care about single customers. They add some public documentation without giving you the ability to ask them directly on issues. It's nearly impossible to get help in time.

Bakker-IT is different. Satisfying customer service as well as transparent and direct communication has been at the core of our relation so far. I've worked with many companies and people in my life, and Bakker-IT is definitely among my all-time TOP 3 in terms of customer service.

If anyone is looking for a company that stands next to you when you require assistance, Bakker-IT is the place to go for.

Awesome services by Rick and the team (Bakker-IT)

I have been in a need for lease IP prefix so i try to contact Bakker-IT team, they was reply my question very promptly.

Due the prefix that i am interest on wasn't ready in the meantime, so i need to wait it. When the times is come, i only need to wait an hour to receive the prefix and getting all to be setup.

I am really recommend Bakker-IT for your LIR services need.

Excellent service and processing time from Rick. Submitted an order for an ASN and prefix allocation on Friday, and it was all ready on Monday!

Solid and stable for me for the past 2 months I've had my services with Bakker IT.
