Ellie had great communication from the start, she answered all my questions and helped me when deciding on a cake or cupcakes. The cupcakes were fantastic they looked fabulous and the vanilla sponge was light and delicious.Will definitely be ordering again.

I contacted Bakerelly at quite short notice for a birthday cake for my daughter.
Got an almost instant reply, communication was great. Now.. the cake not only looked perfect, but it tasted amazing! Adults and children alike all loved it, in fact the adults kept having seconds.
Perfect cake, perfect friendly service too! Will absolutely be back for more, thanks again!

I have had a couple of cakes made by Ellie now and it is undeniably the BEST sponge cake in the world! Not only do her cakes look great, they taste insane! Her attention to detail and keen eye is next to none and she always listens to the brief amazingly!

Ellys cakesicles are an absolutely perfect idea and having never heard of them before they are definitely unique and add a difference to gender reveals etc.
As well as looking perfect and really tasty, the taste didn’t disappoint, some of the best cake I’ve ever had and the size is plentiful with the cake being sweet enough to fill the spot.

Overall an amazing idea and perfect taste/appeal.
5* and would use again if the event needed!

Ordered a cake and cakesicles for my wedding. Upon collecting and taking the cake to the venue it was apparent the cake stand was incorrect for the cakesicles, contacted the lady and was told it was the suppliers fault as it was a new stand and just to lay them down as there was nothing she could do. The cakes looked awful and not what I paid £390 for!!!

Contacted her after the wedding to say we were extremely disappointed after spending £390 when what we had agreed to as per her T&Cs on her website wasn’t what was provided on my wedding day.
She offered a free cake on our anniversary which I turned down as I didn’t want to wait a year for compensation and we would not want to use her again.
She then agreed to seen £100 compensation, I sent my bank details to which she then ignored me. After coming back to me, she said I was being rude asking for a refund. I told her I would publish bad/factual (same as this review) all over her social media if the matter wasn’t resolved.
Despicable behaviour from what could have been resolved very easily.
Utterly disappointing to have your big day ruined.

Really friendly and quick to respond. Ordered a 40th Birthday number cake, it was absolutely stunning and tasted so good everyone commented on how delicious it was, would definitely order from here again!

Outstanding service highly recommend the cup cakes I ordered were stitch themed with mini chocolate bars. They survived a 4 hour drive to Yorkshire and everyone loved them. Have already ordered another cake for my daughters birthday cannot go wrong thanks again Tracey Hale

The cake I hade made was absolutely beautiful! Tasted amazing! I had to give some away as I kept eating it, because it was so delicious. The details and the colours in the icing were stunning. My son was over the moon when he saw it, he had the best 13th birthday. Thankyou so much to this very talented lady. Couldn’t of asked for a better cake.
