poor communication. held @ ransom after paying substantial amount. different requests and promises from different ppl and departments and no promises fulfilled until legal treat. over 2 months for finalise the matter. CAREFUL

Had to wait 3 weeks for my order…
Had to wait 3 weeks for my order (things have improved since). Also requested to have my delivery made on my days off work but this was ignored but corrected after I called them. My emails were largely ignored and their delivery charge has gone up. But overall the product sent was amazing.

Really difficult and usual company to…
Really difficult and unusual company to deal with in all regards. Ordered a 5oz silver bar start of February. Took a whole month to start the delivery process. They use a dedicated bullion delivery firm...even for a 5oz bar. This delivery company dont tell you they are coming. They tried four times...on the last time I caught them on my ring and spoke to the driver who refused to deliver next door, wouldn't leave it in a safe place, insisted I had to take it through my door. Well, I was at work on every occasion with no option to be at home and how would I have known when when they don't tell you. Baird &Co then advised I would be charged for attempted redelivery and they don't do refunds. But I could drive the 180 miles both ways to London to collect. Eventually offered a refund but that has never arrived. So no silver, no refund. Most bizarre purchase experience I've ever faced for such a small transaction.

No action or acknowledgment from their complaints team
Online orders and phone queries so far have been dealt properly by Braid team until recently I raised a complaint via email regarding the manner a delivery was done on a recent order for which I still haven't had any response from their complaints handling team,not even an acknowledgement for almost a month now.The item was delivered at my door step for public view when I was not at home. For the amount charged for delivery this is not the service I expect for a high valued item.
It will be good if Braid address these complaints and concerns of their customers and deal with them seriously.

The only criticism I have is that I had no idea when it was arriving. I was out when the courier arrived. Thankfully he did another job and came back.
I have no complaints about him though he was lovely and so professional
