They scammed me! I made payment of over £100 and they blocked me on WhatsApp when I asked for an update on my order! The order still hasn’t arrived and it’s been almost a year lol.

Before placing my order. I reached out to the customer services. Asking when my order would come, if I pay for express shipping. It was 2-3 weeks for express and they added a week due to Eid. But assured me my outfits would come by the 30th of March. I said it’s cutting it really short as I had events on the 31st of March and the 01st of April. I also emphasised, I do not have a back up option and will it definitely arrive on time. They assured me, the outfits would come on time. Since placing the order and paying. They stopped responding via WhatsApp. And when contacted on instagram, asked for my order number and never responded after that. They then dispatched my order from Karachi on the 31st of March and I still have not heard any updates or the parcel. I’m very disappointed, even if those outfits turn up now. They are no use to me, as they were for a family wedding. Even if they had bothered to communicate any issues with me. I would have had time to look for an alternative option but I kept thinking it would turn up. If anyone is to order. Order months in advance, as they will communicate until you place an order and then disappear.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ordering clothes. What they advertise versus what they deliver is honestly a joke.

The outfit I received looks NOTHING like the original. The quality is terrible, the stitching is sloppy, the fit is completely off, and the entire design looks cheap and poorly constructed. The pants especially are a disaster, bulky, awkward, and nothing like the elegant look shown in their photos.

What’s even more ridiculous is that we asked them TWICE to fix the issues, and they STILL got it wrong. At that point, it’s not a mistake, it’s pure incompetence and a complete lack of care for their customers.

It honestly feels like they just threw something together and hoped no one would notice. For the amount of money charged, this is beyond unacceptable.

Save your money and go somewhere else. This place clearly cannot deliver what they promise.

Ordered from here literally 2 days BEFORE eid and the customer service was amazing, got the outfit to me the next day with NO extra charge. And the outfit is absolutely stunning - the quality is insane!

I am very satisfied with my experience. The communication with the staff was excellent — professional, efficient, and quick to respond. The clothing looked exactly like the photos, beautifully made and neatly finished. Highly recommended.

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing – Poor Quality, No Accountability, Still Waiting for Refund

I’ve had enough of Bahira. It’s been 3 months of trying to resolve my complaint, and I’m honestly shocked by how bad the customer service has been.

When placing my order, they were amazing — always available via WhatsApp, email, and phone, answering every question about the outfits me and my sisters wanted for my brother’s wedding. Based on that, I trusted them.

But when the order arrived, the tailoring was awful definitely not worth the money. These were meant to be wedding outfits, and they looked tacky and poorly finished. It doesn’t seem like they even checked them before shipping.

I contacted them, and it took one full month just to get a reply. Every response since has taken another month. They claim to be understaffed, yet somehow are never understaffed when it comes to taking orders and payments.
3 months later, I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve never experienced such appalling service, especially from a brand that markets itself as premium.

🚨 Warning to future customers:
Order at your own risk. Their communication stops the moment something goes wrong. If your order isn’t perfect, be prepared to chase them for months.

I will never use Bahira again and absolutely do not recommend them.

They are so quick to take your money but not help when the product does not be delivered as advertised. I brought a custom outfit and told the person on what’s app that I’m buying it for the back details. For my outfit to be delivered without any of the specifications. If I wanted something bog standard I could have gone local shops. Do not trust them! Oh and I’ve emailed and what’s app them for 2 months with zero replies. Highly unprofessional

Another great experience with Bahirah. Ordered my outfit with priority shipping and they were very honest in helping me with the delivery issues. Outfit came on time and was absolutely beautiful!

I ordered an outfit back in July and still have not received it. I have tried to contact Bahira several times via email, instagram and Whatsapp and am still yet to hear back from them.

Will not be ordering from this company again, nor will i be recommending them to anyone else. It's so tedious just trying to request a refund from them.

Ordered a suit for an event and I was worried it wouldn’t reach me in time however after contacting them I was reassured it would and it did! I was so pleased with it! It fit great and looked just like it did online! Would recommend!

Replica’s for sure! I needed to find a new website in the UK that sells REAL designer Pakistani clothes & I saw Laiba (an influencer) mention this website a couple of times so I placed an order of 1 outfit which was meant to be from Emaan Adeel. Anyway I received my order today and the quality is disgustingly rubbish. I’m sorry but it hands down looks like a copy, the material looks cheap, threads hanging out, no designer label inside the suit etc. I’m upset because I spent £135 on this outfit and i could have bought an outfit just like this for probs £70 in Ilford/ East London. I’m sorry but Bahirah do you think we’re stupid? There’s always a massive difference between luxury designer Pakistani outfits and tailor made outfits. I am never ever shopping from you again. Don’t make the same mistake that I did by buying from this website because of influencers LOL.

Beautiful outfit and has made it how I wanted.

Customer service was great. Any queries/ questions were answered on time by the instagram handle and very polite. The clpthes were packaged well and stitched exactly as asked for and shown in image. Very satisfied with the product.

I have ordered from them twice before and made a larger order of three outfits with the custom tailoring option. They did NOT stick to our measurements and started doing their own thing to the outfits / outfits was requested for 20th July arrived in 22nd July wedding was on 23rd - after noticing the outfits didn’t have full body lining like requested and all three outfits were inconsistent with eachother e.g no interlocks on one trouser. We each tried them on and they did not fit and uncomfortable !! After bringing it up to customer service team on Instagram ( with pictures) they said someone will be in touch on the same day and it’s now 5th August and they are ignoring me- I swear don’t order from here find another company to source your outfits because everything could run smoothly but as soon as your items delivered they will ignore you !

DO NOT BUY FROM Bahirah please. They give replicas and are scamming people. I paid £380 for a Baroque and Soraya outfit. The Baroque one was a poor replica and the the Soraya outfit is still missing after 3/4 months. I had to claim money back from my credit card company.

Just received the outfits today & fits perfectly. They’ve been very helpful with the ordering and measuring process and delivery also arrived in time for my events too

Awful company.. ordered Eid outfit in april didnt come, waited until next Eid in JUNE it still didn’t come
Now they promised a refund 1 month ago saying it will take 7 days, no refund.. then they said 48 hours.. still no refund
liars taking them to court
