Não podíamos estar mais satisfeitos com o serviço de babysitting no nosso casamento. Desde o início, foram extremamente disponíveis e atenderam a todos os nossos pedidos. No próprio dia, o serviço foi simplesmente irrepreensível.

Enquanto pais, sabemos bem como pode ser difícil aproveitar verdadeiramente um casamento quando temos crianças pequenas: estamos constantemente atentos, a gerir refeições, sono, brincadeiras e todas as necessidades que vão surgindo. Por isso, queríamos muito proporcionar aos nossos convidados a possibilidade de desfrutarem da festa de forma mais tranquila e, ao mesmo tempo, aliviar também as avós dessa responsabilidade e garantir que os nossos próprios filhos estavam acompanhados, entretidos e felizes.

E foi exatamente isso que aconteceu — talvez até melhor do que imaginávamos!

Nos dias seguintes ao casamento, foram várias as famílias que nos disseram que tinha sido o melhor casamento de sempre muito em parte porque os pais conseguiram divertir-se e aproveitar a festa sem terem de estar permanentemente a gerir e monitorizar os filhos e, aparentemente, as crianças também adoraram a liberdade de poder estar em brincadeira constante com as outras crianças, sem os pais sempre por perto a “chatear”. 😅

Para as famílias com bebés de colo, então, a ajuda foi absolutamente inestimável. Pegaram nos bebés, deram-lhes de comer, ajudaram a adormecê-los e estiveram sempre atentas às suas necessidades, permitindo aos pais aproveitar momentos da festa que, de outra forma, provavelmente teriam perdido.

Para nós, foi daqueles serviços que percebemos, depois do casamento, que contribuíram verdadeiramente para que todos pudessem aproveitar o dia — miúdos e graúdos.

Só temos coisas boas a dizer e recomendamos sem qualquer hesitação. Um enorme obrigada por todo o cuidado, disponibilidade e carinho com os nossos pequenos convidados. ❤️

A empresa me ajudou na contratação de uma excelente babysitter para meu filho e nos acompanha a três anos.

Our sitters were wonderful and perfectly suited to the children's ages in our group. They were fluent in English and very easy to communicate with upon arrival. They were accessible and responsive while we were out and helped to ease any anxiety the parents had in being away from our kids in a foreign country. They were great!!! We would absolutely use their services again on a future trip.

Silvia was great to coordinate with, helpful understanding our options and facilitating with our needs (we needed an English speaking babysitter for 2 evenings in a hotel room.) Maria, the babysitter, was lovely! The kids adored her, she was prepared for the job, punctual and great at communicating. Wish we could take her back to England!

Sara was a great sitter for our girls. She was flexible and navigated two children at ease. She listened well to understand our girls and adjusted to be as helpful as possible. We loved working with Sara!

Hired Baby Sisters animation service and it was a success! The babysitters were really nice to the kids and they loved it. Also the CS teams was always available to help when needed. It was really easy to book, the prices are fair. I recommend it!

I visited Porto with my wife and family to attend a conference at which my wife and I were both speaking.

Catarina took care of our three kids while were visiting. She did a great job handling jet lagged kids with big personalities. She was very helpful at getting them out of the VRBO and help in them engage with sites in Porto that helped them enjoy the city while my wife and I were at the conference. Very pleased with this service.

We were visiting Lisbon for a friend’s wedding and needed help caring for our two-year-old daughter over three nights. Silvía at Baby Sisters was incredibly helpful in setting up a sitter for us. Her communication was flawless and incredibly helpful. She set us up with Margarita, who was such a blessing. Margarita was everything we could have hoped for. She was warm, calm, and confident that we instantly felt at ease right away. Margarita, was thoughtful, reliable, and caring. She sent us little updates that gave us such peace of mind, and we could truly relax and enjoy the wedding knowing our little one was happy and safe. Each evening we came home to our daughter fast asleep — the best sign of all.

We are so grateful to have met margarita and Baby Siters. Traveling abroad with a young child can be stressful, but she made the whole experience effortless and full of trust. Highly recommended!

The process of booking a babysitter was relatively easy; however, the rates were a little unclear for me at first, but they were resolved when I asked further questions. The babysitter they selected for our kids was excellent! She was fun and kind, my kids had a great time. She was also professional, sending us updates throughout the time she was there which made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this service!

I had 2 different baby sisters chosen by this company to care for my 15 months old baby while I had travelled to Lisbon for work. I can only recommend this firm. The service was impeccable, both women always showing up right on time. Apartment was neat when they left. The baby was super happy. I received pics throughout the day. The whole process was easy and clear.
