Very disappointing experience with Babyeze Lakeside. I ordered and paid a deposit for a complete travel system almost two months in advance. My order clearly stated collection by the end of June.
When I contacted the store, I was told that only the car seat was available and the pram would not arrive until the end of July. I am expecting a baby at the end of July, so this completely defeats the purpose of ordering well in advance.
When I asked for my deposit back because they failed to provide the complete order by the agreed date, I was told they would not refund it and blamed the supplier.
Poor communication and very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering important baby items from here if you need them by an agreed date

I did not recieve my full order one part went missing customer service with this company is absolutely disgusting they told me it was dispatched it wasn’t then told me it was coming via Royal Mail then dpd it arrived with evri tracking numbers provided didn’t exist when tracking the parcel ! I was told I would be refunded and they haven’t done it avoid avoid avoid my purchase was done online . Lakeside babyeze

I’ve bought two prams and a car seat from this shop, and the experience has been outstanding every time. The customer service is genuinely amazing.. always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful.

They really take the time to give honest, knowledgeable advice about products, which made choosing items for my baby so much easier. You can tell they actually care about helping you find what’s right, not just making a sale.

I’ve also had a replacement issue after my pram broke (completely my own issue), and they were brilliant about it — no hassle at all and they arranged for a new one to be shipped quickly. That level of support is rare these days.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Fantastic service, great products, and genuinely helpful staff from start to finish.

The staff at Babyeze have been extremely helpful in the selection and ordering our travel system and we can't recommend them enough. They gave us practical advice based on our situation in what to look for in a pushchair and detailed the features of the pushchairs they had available, which was much more in-depth than other shops in the same area. They stock a small number of brands that aren't typically at other stores, and we ended up with one we hadn't seen before.

When we picked up our pushchair, we were shown how to assemble and disassemble it, as well as how to maintain the wheels. The car seat and base we ordered from a different manufacturer had some delays and we're not shipped at the same time and the staff were proactive and chased up the order. They were able to get the items sent to us to save us a trip to the shop which was very convenient.

We could not fault their service and range of products, 5 stars!

Ordered a product on August 4th with an expected delivery of 5 working days. Today is September 18th and I've not received my item. I have had 0 updates from Babyeze. I've emailed repeatedly and not received a reply. I've called over 50 times and 90% of the calls have gone to voicemail where I've left my name and number and not received a call back. I've started calling the store despite the order being online and a lady there has tried to help by contacting her colleague but her colleague has not been in contact. Awful company, do not use!

The staff were amazing, made me feel so welcome and helped me navigate through the whole pram options. They were so knowledgeable and I felt very confident in my decision and left with an whole wealth of other information too. Thank you so much.

The ladies in the shop at lakeside were amazing, right through from order to collection. They go above and beyond! Their advice for first time parents is greatly appreciated and we will most definitely be returning.

I love this store and the employees, I browsed this shop at 24 weeks pregnant, they helped me choose the most incredible pram suited to my lifestyle and the best for my baby, my Inglesina pram is amazing!
I have been back to the shop twice since having my baby and every time they have given me advice and support on the pram/car seat and carry cot, how to use it and different features of it, they tell you this when collecting the pram but there’s so much information to remember a refresh is always handy! The staff are always so happy to support and help. From the moment I brought my pram from them I felt so looked after, the support and help carries on even after you have purchased from them. The team go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They have lots of knowledge and experience, they know their stuff! I will always recommend them and will keep returning in the future. They aren’t like any other store just trying to sell you anything.

Visited this shop yesterday with daughter and daughter in law with grandsons in prams one is a year old the other is 8 months old . Was just browsing through shop when one of the ladies who works in shop took it open herself to start spouting advice on how the two babies should be seated in prams . Apparently according to her Iv never heard of this she asked whats the children’s age as according to her


they should not have foot rest up as it affects hips Iv not heard of this there is no mention on nhs website and I myself being a mother of three grown children that had foot rest up on prams none have hip issues. She proceeded to try to adjust my daughter in-laws pram she did ask but made her very upset and uncomfortable we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. If we wanted advice we would ask for it and it was intimidating to jump straight on customer as soon as they walk through door . Won’t ever go in this shop again or recommend it. I appreciate advice but that was to far and as I’m concerned inaccurate great sales techniques I think not

Me and my partner are expecting our first child and the staff we ever so nice and helped to demystify what type of pram we should be looking for as we really didn't have a clue! They were really knowledgeable and took a lot of time to give us demonstrations of different prams. We came based on a friend's recommendation and so glad we did - love to support small businesses like this and the high level of service sealed the deal.

Cannot recommend this shop enough went in as grandparents to look at prams for a new arrival nothing was too much trouble very knowledgeable staff that really took the time to explain the whole range and didn’t make you feel rushed at all thanks for making a daunting task easier will definitely go back for the next grandchild thanks again

Ordered from them a week ago, they have told me the order is in process, have asked for a delivery day …..they don’t reply…….have asked for a refund….no one getting back to me. Filing a claim with my credit card company ……Stick to Amazon……
