HUGE Scam! I placed a fair size order in February 2025, and it is now the end of May - no product has been shipped to me. After several times emailing them, they continue to provide a bogus tracking number that tells me nothing. Buyer beware !!!! stay away from this site.

I placed an order with them, and after a month of them notifying me that there was a delay in my shipment, they claimed that they delivered the items to me. However, I never received anything. They stole my money and refuse to refund me my money for the merchandise or attempt another delivery. They are scammers. Do NOT buy from them. Save yourself the headache and your money.

Order with some items exactly like Aliexpress or Temu 🙃 How can i know ? Because shipping from China. They marketing shipping with 5-7 days 😆 I order from 5 May until now 20 May still nothing 🙃 Scammmmmm

Scammers. Shipping poor quality stuff from China (aliexpress etc) but with a much higher price tag. Cannot return it, they offer only shop credit. Not existing customer service. Stay away!

This company are a bunch of liers , it takes them 3-4 days to respond , i received faulty items and i asked for a return within the 14 days , it takes them forever to respond , then they write its out of the 14 day window , bunch of lying pigs they are .DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! AND THERE NOT AUSTRALIAN THEY SHIP FROM CHINA !!! LYING BUNCH OF PIGS !!!!

I ordered a baby fetal doppler and it came broken and I can't get in touch with anyone to return it or ask for a refund. I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing with them. Very shitty store.

Would give -50 if possible.
Ordered on 11th of March and to now. No update. Don't trust them. Seems to be scamming Chinese selling to overseas

Placed my order in Feb and it is still “in transit”.
After several emails back and forth, I finally received shipping details (6 weeks after I placed the order) even though their website says it processes orders in 3-5 days.
Received another update that my shipping has encountered an unexpected delay…
We are now 8 weeks after ordering (or 40 business days) and still no delivery!
Note everything is shipped from China, even though they are claiming to be an AUS website. Guessing the tariff wars have something to do with the delays…

No way to contact them. Ordered something for Easter. A week later, still no update.

It took seven weeks to recieve my order. Happy with the product. Shipping times were far to long.

Absolute garbage non existant customer service and their 30 day policy return is a scam. They never approve your return and completely ignore any email sent.

They created a nice website, that is why I got attracted to it I guess. A month ago I ordered one item and it still hasn’t been delivered. Moreover they are emailing me that there’s more delay…when I was placing my order it stated that it would be delivered within a couple of days.

Scammed like everyone else. Site says “ Australia’s number 1 baby store” Not Australian at all.
Items never arrived, emails ignored. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM STORE!

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Not only it took almost a month for the item to arrive, the item is actual fake; not like the description / photos. AVOID!

I wish I had seen the reviews. Terrible shopping experience! No customer service, confirmation of order showed shipping incorrectly to my home address in USA instead of designated shipping address in New Zealand. They did not respond to 4 emails about using the proper shipping address. They do not offer returns even though they say you can claim return within 14 days of receipt.

Ordered a baby belt a little early, February 2oth and (March 21st) still have not received it. They will not get back to my emails for refund or answer when I will receive my product. Looks and sounds like a great store, so props for charisma.

I wanted to get a tiny pair of converse shoes as a pregnancy announcement to family, it still hasn’t arrived or even shipped.

Their claims of 2 week delivery is false on their website and I should read reviews before ordering.

Stay away if you want a fast delivery. Thought they were Aussie based and would deliver in a few days like other Australian businesses.

Their lack of customer service is astounding and they don’t respond to emails requesting refund for not sending it in time.

Exit: received it on 30/03 and realised it’s cheaply made from China, even though Aussie company.

BEWARE a SCAM NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE. When I continued to cart to assess cost,taxes, shipping- THE site put my cart through as purchase without chance to review/confirm and did not prompt for billing info (used what was on file)! No other legit website does this. I immediately tried to contact customer service to modify/cancel order. I emailed( only way to contact) at least 4 times on separate days! STILL NO RESPONSE other than " thank you for your order" . DO NOT even browse on this site if you want any form of customer support. I have not heard back, I have not received any merchandise and can imagine I wont be able to return any of it - SCAM
