I’ve been with B4SH broadband since day one - literally their first residential customer - and they’ve been outstanding ever since. Ultra fast, rock solid and completely reliable. As someone working from home full-time, I simply cannot afford connectivity issues and with B4SH I’ve never had to think about it. It just works what makes them different is the ethos, a genuine community driven alternative to the big corporate providers, delivering better, faster service without the usual frustration. If you’re in the Surrey Hills, and can get B4SH, don’t think twice.

This has been the most stable service we have ever had. We’ve had amazing support from B4SH. The installation was done superbly. We’ve used Sky and Virgin previously, service and stability doesn’t compare to B4SH. I only wish we could take them with us to our new address.

Amazing service from beginning to end. The entire B4SH team were incredibly knowledgeable, but not only this they were polite and respectful when carrying out all the installation work at my parent’s property. They were able to get the broadband up and running within 4 weeks of my enquiry. Special mention to Stuart who made it happen, Tom for his sharp techi knowledge and Brian for just being attentive, polite and always smiling! I would have no hesitation in recommending B4SH for anyone living in the rural Surrey Hills. Oh and the broadband speed is incredible!

We've had B4SH for 2 and a half years now, which is more than long enough to be able to report that they are incredibly reliable. After many disappointing experiences with Openreach, such as deteriorating copper cables, bad connections, incursion by trees and outages in storms, it is such a pleasant change to know that our 1Gb download AND upload speed is protected by being buried underground right up to the house.
The cable to our neighbours' houses runs through our garden. The team were extremely considerate regarding the routing and made good afterwards.
Shortly after installation I accidentally ripped the optical cable from its internal box. The guys came round and fixed it the same day without charge. Eat your heart out, big ISPs!

I joined B4SH due to BT giving me grief.

I made first enquires with B4SH on 04/10/25 and after getting satisfactory answers to all of my questions and concerns, I was finally connect up to their network on 27/10/25.

All the digging work and installation of the fibre was done in two days and the router & cable inside installed in about 30 mins or so.

The connection speeds I get in the lounge is around 150-160Mbps enough to stop buffering, but there are some thick walls in the way, but if I go to the dining room the speed is around about 700-800 down & 930 up, far superior to the 45-49 Mbps (Down) & 7 Mbps (Up).

BASH were amazing at setting us up with super fast broadband….. from installing cable through our garden (totally discrete) to hard wiring into the house (lots of thought and advice along the way) and then setting up WiFi. Not only that but Tom systematically went through every room to ensure coverage, set up the printer, TV, laptops etc with me and saved me a couple of hours work doing this myself….. the after service and advice has also been brilliant. Lovely to support and invest in something that feels like a real collaborative and community initiative. Has transformed our internet speed and my ability to work effectively. Thank you!

Having just moved to Surrey Hills, I was so dismayed to find how the bad internet service is. I saw a sign for B4SH doing work for fast speed broadband in the area and got in touch.
The best possible move! They have been brilliant with constant, clear communication. Efficient and skilled with all the work that has been done and so quickly too!
