Excellent service from start to finish. Alex was extremely professional, friendly, and a genuinely nice guy. He took the time to explain the whole process clearly, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. We are extremely pleased with the installation and couldn’t be happier with the service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an EV charger installation — absolutely first-class service from start to finish.

I used Alex on recommendation from a friend and couldn't fault his service.
He came out to give me a free quote and explained the process.
Once hed fitted the charger I had a problem I couldn't fix, to which he gave me advice despite being away on holiday.
He was professional, polite, fast and clean

Amazing experience with booking Alex and AZM. The business came up on the government website and was the best and smoothest conversation from the people I spoke to. Quick and responsive with great communication. Only had an EV charger budget would almost certainly be back for solar etc in the future. Highly recommended

Great experience with AZM - prompt and efficient service and Alex went out of his way to ensure we knew how to best use the EV charger. Would recommend anytime.

After several unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with my company’s “preferred supplier” for EV charger installations, I came across Alex via the government website and what a breath of fresh air it was.

From my initial WhatsApp message through to the site visit and final installation, Alex’s response time and efficiency were outstanding.
He kept me informed at every stage, offering clear and helpful advice from navigating the apps to choosing the best position for the Ohme charger.

What really stood out was the extra mile he went.
Alex even arranged for the National Grid to upgrade my 60-amp main supply at no cost.
He also promptly provided all the necessary certificates without any need for follow-up.

Overall, the level of service was exceptional far beyond what I’ve experienced in a long time.
In fact, based on my experience, my employer has now made Alex our preferred installer.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed by AZM and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. From the first contact to the final installation, the team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

The team were great to deal with and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work is excellent.

It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend AZM to anyone considering solar and battery installation. Great service, great staff, and a very high-quality job overall.

I found Alex via the gov.uk website for EV charger installers.

Noticing he was local, I sent him a WhatsApp message and he replied within six minutes, offering to come out and quote the very next day.

By the following Thursday, the charger was fully installed.

Alex gave clear, helpful advice on the different EV chargers available and their respective price points. His work was clean and tidy, and I’ve had no issues with the charger at all.

He even checked in two months later to make sure everything was still running seamlessly.

Trades — take note. Getting business doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple, efficient, effective communication is all most customers want.

Really pleased :)

I recently had AZM Energy Limited install a full solar PV system with battery storage at my home, including the full design and energy-efficiency assessment. Alex and his team were excellent from start to finish. The communication was clear, the installation was tidy, and the workmanship was spot on. The system is performing exactly as promised and I’m really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended

Alex was brilliant: knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and did what he said he would, when he said he would do it:)

He installed our EV charger for us, it was quite a tricky setup and the larger companies were proving expensive and problematic on a custom install.

Alex went above and beyond to make the installation as unobtrusive as possible.

Really pleased with the end result, highly recommended.

Great job from Alex. Our EV Charger (Ohme) installation was not easy because the mains box was a long way from our detached garage, but Alex handled everything brilliantly. All the work was tidy and completed without hassle. Alex arrived on the day agreed, and it was all done within the agreed time. I am really pleased with the job and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone needing electrical work or an EV charger installed.
