Overall good service, however, there are issues that I want to highlight. There is definitely some delay in shipment. Not many medical supplies company today takes 10-12 days to deliver medicines or medical supplies.

Even the selected courier company fails to perform at times. They would update 'Out for delivery' and then by end of day move the date of delivery to the next day without delivering the package.

These issues need to be looked into. I have been a regular customer for the last few years. It has been easier to get all medicines from one shop, and that's a very convenient experience. However, issues around delivery needs to be looked into now, requires serious intervention.

I placed an online order after talking to the company who assured availablity of my products and delivary in 2 days. The order had not been processed in 24 hours and then I called them, they said it will leave that very day. Then the third day I was told that they were missing one product. Finally it left and then got stuck at Hosur depot. This time it was Ramzan and weekend. I called on Monday, Tuesday and Wedeneday for the medicines I urgently needed, I was given so many excuses, like it was on the way, it had been delivered etc etc. Finally the courier co - Professional courier - (they should change their name) - said they could not contact the manager at the Hosur depot and that person was not picking up the phone. This is not helpful to a customer who needs the medicines urgently and has fully paid in advance. Now its is more than a week... Not sure whether this company is a complete scam....

Good product categories and great support

Order has not been shipped, and no response from customer support on email or call! Not sure if i will get my money back, reading past reviews. Have filed a compliant on consumer forum.
