So happy to have found our excellent milkman during Covid. Absolute ‘life savers’, delivering fresh milk to our doorstep twice a week, every week since then. We live quite rurally, with dark pot-holed roads. We often have terrible weather and yet the milk is always there! We love that we can have it delivered in glass bottles and have gone down to one recycling bin a fortnight. Straightforward invoicing and very easy to pause or amend orders, an absolute pleasure to meet occasionally in the wee small hours! We could not be more grateful, thank you.

Have been using this company since a year or two before the lockdowns and have grown to be really happy with the service. I pay by PayPal whenever I get an invoice, if we are going to be away I send a text - I don't get a reply, but they have received it because they then don't deliver until the next date requested. When we had trouble with a milk thief a few years ago they moved delivery to a more secure location at the back of our property. I have a regular order which I can tweak if I need to, no problem. Very occasionally I might get an extra bottle or a different kind of milk to my order, or they leave my empties behind, but I get an apology by text if I tell them. Very happy and with the service. I started using Aycliffe Diary during COVID19 and I have found the service to be excellent. There's been the occasional glitch but it's been immediately rectified. I pay by BASC, I get an invoice on a regular basis, I'm kept up to date with price increases, including why, all in all an effective and efficient service. I highly recommend.....😁

Fresh and local milk delivered to our business twice a week regardless of the weather. Been with this company for over a year now & never had any issues with delivery. Always happy to accommodate if we need to amend our order. Best milk man around & best prices! Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed after starting with Aycliffe Dairies one month ago. The first bill was incorrect and despite emails, a phone call and Whatsapp messages, the incorrect amount continues to be carried over to the next bill. I have now cancelled future deliveries, but I'm not sure whether that message will get through!

Doorstep delivery service that is quite simply excellent! An extensive range of products from dairy and non dairy milk to eggs and essentials. Can highly recommend the banana milk, so can my kids! Always fresh and always a reliable delivery. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Aycliffe Dairy highly enough. They offer great service and accommodate any last minute changes to your usual order.

Getting milk delivered is slightly more costly than buying from a supermarket, per pint, and there is a tiny delivery charge on top but, if you’re like me, it still ends up costing the same, arguably less, as whenever I pop to the shop to grab some milk, I always come out with much more!

The only thing I would change, if I could, would be the days my milk is delivered. Unfortunately, in my area, they deliver on a Tuesday, then Thursday, meaning you end up having quite a large volume of milk in the fridge to tide you over until Tuesday. Thankfully, we have a spare fridge freezer so it is not a major issue for us. However, they maybe able to offer more regular deliveries to my area if they get more custom - so give them a try!
