We're so sorry to hear this! We can see that you purchased your first box of AxisBiotix last month on the 2nd of January. We recommend taking AxisBiotix consistently for a minimum of 3 months. Although, everyone's skin is different and the time it takes to see results can vary from as little as 4 weeks, to up to 6 months.

We are saddened to hear that your experience with AxisBiotix is a negative one. We recommend that you take the product for no less than three months before seeing changes to the outer skin, as with all things, it can sometimes take time and persistence.

AxisBiotix-Ps uses natural ingredients, and the bacteria that we use are specifically selected and can be naturally found in humans already. Our product reduces inflammation; therefore we would like to reassure you today that it would be very difficult to worsen the appearance of your skin.

We know, for example, that things like diet, alcohol, stress, and even cold weather can trigger flare-ups.

We really recommend that you stick with the product for longer than one month, as many of our customers see fantastic results with consistent use. AxisBiotix is not a quick fix solution, but a long-term goal to healthier skin.
