Product as advertised, price lower than others. Outstanding customer service. We managed to screw up a simple process. We mismeasured by 2 inches. Called the company...a human being answered! The company rep. Described their "Oops policy". It is not as described on their web site...but I think better. We paid their cost to reorder without markup and they paid shipping to us. Couldn't be much fairer than that! Highly recommend this quality company.

Ordered 3 Premium solar shades from them. Prompt delivery. The company offers great customer service and will try to work with you if there are any issues.

I saw roman shade in Home Depot and purchased 5 Roman shades for a fraction of the price through awards. The shades are good quality, went up easily and look great. I was so pleased a recommend award to my daughter. She purchased blinds and is happy as well.

We are very happy with our purchase. Everything fit perfectly. The only problem we had was that the little screws used to bolt down the pull cords on the bottom inside of the window frame were too short to get a bite into the wood. My husband replaced them with longer screws. Nevertheless, the blinds look absolutely beautiful in the room and we can see out into the back yard. Also we were surprised how quickly they arrived! Thanks! Our friends will also be making a purchase soon.

Ordered 1" faux wood blinds for the entire first floor of my house. Was apprehensive about ordering so many at once from a company I'd never used, but trusted the reviews on TrustPilot.com. Glad I did! The blinds were shipped exactly one week after my order and I had them in my possession just a few days later. They were all built to the measurements I provided and labeled clearly, instructions were simple, and the quality is excellent. I could not be happier with my purchase! Much more affordable than the big box stores with at least the same quality, if not better. Highly recommend.

This ordering and customer service experience was a pleasure. Everything was as promised and on time and a quality product . When I had to make an adjustment to the blind and didn't know how, they sent me simple concise instructions....and I fixed it myself. Great prices when compared to other sources....I am getting ready to order more for other windows.

I ordered some samples first and those came very fast. once I ordered my blinds, I received them a few days early. once I did receive them, they were packaged very well. my husband put them up in about 5 min! I will definitely use them again.

I am very, very pleased with my solar shades. Not only are they attractive, they keep out an enormous amount of heat. They were bought for my sunroom and they do their job perfectly. I also found the prices very reasonable and Customer service with this company "AwardBlinds" is terrific.

I had been looking for blinds at a reasonable price and originally ordered five to see how they would be. Well - the quality, the price, the installation instructions, the turnaround time from order to delivery - EVERYTHING was great. I couldn't be happier - After installing the first five, I ordered 18 more. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a blind that is priced well, looks good, installs easily and operates well. If I needed more blinds, this would be the ONLY company I would consider for all the reasons I previously mentioned.

Placed my order for 9 blinds based on very good prices compared to previous places I bought from. Supposed to receive an email to confirm my order. Never received it. Customer service assured me I had gotten it and it was probably just in my spam folder. Never got it. Continually checked status of my order and it always showed "In Production" Checked at 9:00 on Friday to see the status because we were leaving town. Still in production. Received an email at 10:00 saying order was complete and shipped but may be awhile before the tracking number would show anything. Blinds arrived on my door 2 hours later. No directions at all in the boxes. Blinds were for a lake home. Don't have internet service and their installation instructions would never download on cell phone. First 2 blinds were correctly labeled. Remaining 7 blinds were all labeled the same with a name that did not match any of the ones I'd given. Was able to sort out where they belonged simply by the sizes on the cartons.
Very happy with the quality and price of the blinds but you'll need to be able to figure things out on your own.
