My experience has been truly life-changing and full of personal growth. I started yoga at a very young age to improve my concentration, reduce overthinking, and overcome my shy nature. Over the years, yoga and meditation have helped me become more focused, calm, disciplined, and confident in daily life.
One of the best parts of this journey has been the guidance and support from Prachi ma’am. She has always motivated me, patiently corrected my mistakes, and encouraged me to believe in myself. Her positive energy, discipline, and dedication inspired me throughout the journey. I especially enjoyed how every session included explanations about the benefits and meaning behind each posture, which made learning yoga more interesting and meaningful.
The meditation practices and posture-holding exercises greatly improved my concentration and mental strength over time. I also received a lot of personal attention and guidance in yoga-related projects and activities, which helped me grow further. Today, I feel much more confident, focused, and emotionally balanced than before. Overall, this journey has not only improved my physical health but has also transformed my mindset and personality in a very positive way.
