The car was handed over dirty, with leftover candies under the seats—clearly, it hadn't been properly cleaned. However, the most frustrating part is how Avis handles "damages." At pick-up, they present the vehicle as nearly flawless and assure you that all pre-existing scratches are already documented. In reality, the car is poorly washed, and leftover wax residue masks the paint with various specks and flakes. When it’s time to return the vehicle, be prepared for a grueling, half-hour inspection with a ruler. They will try to pin every tiny scratch or paint fracture on you. On top of all this, they charge an absurdly high deposit for a 5-year-old Skoda.

Dreadful experience

As we thought they scoured the car for tiny marks and then submitted an outrageous bill for repairs

Be very cautious

1) The counter lady and guy at check out were really good , so that is not about them or their professionalism
2) They block 1300 eur which is the highest amount I ever seen in the whole world
3) They have a really long entire check out process which include a detailed inspection. I lost 30 min in there , what is the longest delay i ever seen in the whole world
4) They highly recommended in their everyday emails a car cleaning by myself (of course i always return a clean car) , also during the inspection i was told to remove a small bottle my friend left in the car, but i i had my hands busy ;)

The whole experience is the company is ok, but definitely is a 3 star and Clearly is not the best one even in this BTS airport location.
