A great team at Avery’s Daren, Mandi and George were all brilliant in the sale of my Freehold flat which isn’t the easiest of sales and was quite stressful, but they all went above and beyond, especially Mandi who liaised between the buyers and my solicitors to help the sale proceed smoothly. Would not hesitate in recommending Avery’s for a first class service.

Averys dealt with our purchase and sale. Our sale went quite smoothly, but our purchase was quite stressful, due to the vendors solicitors. Averys went above and beyond to get us to the completion stage. They were brilliant. We cannot thank them enough. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and proactive agent.

My experience with Avery was good I purchased my flat through them and found them helpful, my purchase took just over 4 weeks and although there were a fre problems along the way on the whole it was good, Max, Mandi and Darren were really easy to talk too.

Faultless service from Eva and the team at Avery’s! Eva’s visit to the rental property was scheduled for two days after my initial enquiry. The support and guidance she provided was both helpful and very welcome; we only have one such property so are relative novices. It was quickly advertised, leading to several viewings and offers; again guidance as to tenant suitability was appreciated. Therefore everything else went very smoothly, references, inventory and key handover. I really can’t think of anything that could have been improved upon. Thank you for a great service; highly recommended.

When ever there is an issues with the property and renting, l have always had someone to attend to it immediately without giving me excuses. They communication with the agents is excellent and they are always polite, understanding and most of always getting the problem fixed. Avery's rented then sold our property, excellent service

I have recently purchased my first property and Avery Estate Agency were the sellers choice. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only did they support me as a first time buyer, their communication was outstanding. Mandi in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The staff were always friendly on the phone and nothing was too much to ask. I had dealt with another agency before avery, as that property fell through, their customer service was nothing compared to Avery Estate agency!

It took a long time to get to the finish line but we got there in the end. I would like to point out that Averys were not the problem with having to wait so long and Mandi was more than patient with the constant calls and Emails from me.

Daren, George and the team have given great customer service through the whole process and constantly kept me up to date.
I had a few issues with the freehold but Mandi and George had it sorted for me straight away.
Daren has a huge amount of knowledge which was great when selling.
Definitely recommend Avery!
