Nothing ever comes centered
Nothing ever comes centered. I’ve spent 1000’s of dollars and the only reason why is for convenience and to keep my business consistent, but one time they decided to adjust my font placement so they had to re do everything and somehow still made it seem like it was my fault and said they would only do it one time as if it were not there mistake . Not only a mistake, but actually going in and fiddling around with what I created and thought it was better to them. Also every single sheet of labels become extremely off centered toward the bottom right, I told them about this and their only response is that I need to center them online.
Duh, of course. That’s why they are all
centered except for the bottom right half and sometimes more.
But they can never accept that they are ever wrong .
I will be switching companies or be buying my own printer.

Their sticker sizes (their software) has the Height and Width reversed and the dimensions never fit your image. It does not come out right. This could not be explained by them as they are not even aware of this fact. Disappointing!

Do you guys ever look at yourself or just chalk up an upset customer to "Thems the ods" Yea. Your on the way out if you don't square it away,, There was this really big company call,.... ummm KMart... They thought they were too big to fail too. Yea.. almost forgot the name. Kmart, thats it

Badly needs usability updates
I use the online editor and projects to print stickers. I need a much faster way to copy and paste multiple stickers at once. I have between 4 and 10 that repeat and are constantly changing.
WHY can't we copy and paste objects from one project to another?
There is absolutely no way to contact after-hours. They only list a phone number and Live chat. No email and you can't leave a message on the Live Chat to be read later :(
The printing part works fantastically.

Wrong slots or hole punch for my Rolodex
I recently purchased a Avery card pack # 5385 but the card slots or hole punch did not match my Rolodex Card holder and was able to reach support by e-mail within two days, I described my problem and was helped right away, it seemed that the packed i received was the wrong slot cut for my rotary cards holder and was sent a new one that fit my Rolodex, Thank you Avery.
I just used the Avery Online Label Maker
I just used the Avery Online Label maker to create labels for my Christmas cards. It was SOOOO much easier than trying to do a mail merge with Excel and Word. They had lots of templates and it was easy to use. I am never doing it with Excel and Word ever again! I could download a PDF and print it with the labels I already had for my own printer. Love it!

Ordered my stickers in end July
Ordered my stickers in end July, it is now mid September. I had communicate with Avery many times with regards to this. I see that my 'package' has gone out and returned 5 times due to no door number. I have asked for a refund, no response.

This company does not stand by its products. I ordered from them and it took over 21/2 weeks. The envelopes were NOT in the package as they were part of the order. I ordered custom cards and the glossy finish on it cracked at the fold making the card look very unprofessional.
Customer service was lacking. I was told my complaint and I send photos of the product would go to a team and I would hear back within a day. Three days went by and I had to call again. Couldn't get anywhere with them. So finally got an e-mail which said they would reprint. Lots of good that does me. My cards were for promo bags for artists, but I don't even have any and the promo is over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ethically and quality are poor.

Avery allowed me to go thru and spend hours customizing my labels/order. A week goes by and i receive an email saying that a portion of my order was out of stock and if i wanted to modify the size by a 1/2 inch i could do so at my own expense, ie; spend more time creating another product, pay to ship it and repurchase. When i asked for a full refund as i had not received my order yet i was told that 1 item (our of a dozen) had been shipped so i would also have to be responsible to pay for that. AFTER 2 Customer Service reps had told me over the phone that i would be FULLY CREDITED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Over the years it seems the shelf life has dwindled significantly. Don't buy more than you need, if left in storage for more than a year they're not much use.

In short Awesome Software, terrible customer experience.
I started my business and needed some labels. Loved their software and started using it. Initial labels I got it printed and they were all fine.
Problem started when I ordered a bunch of labels with varying sizes. Out of 20, they shipped only 8 of the correct size for the 2" x 4" labels and I paid expedited shipping for this.
Called the customer care and I was told to send me the images of the labels for them to verify.I took snaps and mailed them and 4 days later I get an email asking me to mail the labels back at my own expense. Its been 2 days since I mailed and still waiting for a response from them.
AVERY IS THE ONLY COMPANY TO PENALIZE ITS CUSTOMERS FOR ITS MISTAKES.
I like their software, but for this customer experience, I will never ever buy from them again.

Your customer service is severely lacking. I was put on hold for over 38 minutes today waiting for someone to help me order labels that you never at the office depot near me. Your product is good, and your prices are not low, so you should be able to hire some more people to work the phones and take orders. I was put on hold 3 different times. The women taking the orders were not rude, and were professional. They were, however, somewhat indifferent to my plight in ordering labels. I can not say that tis was their fault, however. They kept saying "you need to open an account with us." I did not have time to do this. You really need to hire more people to take orders. You appear to be well understaffed.Once I place an order , I should be in your database, and it should be easy to order. It was not!

Never addressed the issue or offered a return! Terrible company, go to one of the several other label making sites out there and save your money by not using Avery Print!!

Company Christmas Cards
I've ordered holiday cards for my company. We were able to use a festive yet professional design motif which was very much appreciated given my time constraints. Having the thematic elements unified among the card, return address labels and envelopes really gave the end product a polished, professional look.
The design tool was very helpful, we could scrunch text, change colors and size and font until we had it looking just they way we wanted. I even chatted briefly with an Avery person who advised me to spend the small extra charge for the glossy finish and they were right, it was well worth the additional cost.
I loved the cards from last fall and in fact, I'm reminded I need to begin planning this season's cards before the back-to-school then holiday's rush.
WePrint?!?!? If we feel like it...
So I ordered a small order of 4 sets of 48 labels. Paid for standard shipping and waited... And waited... And waited... When they finally shipped the 8 sheets of labels (over a week later), they were delivered much faster than expected (thanks UPS), this was the only part of the process that I was satisfied with. When the order arrived we checked the labels to find 48 of 2 and 96 of 1... the last 48 were missing. I called on the 17th first thing in the morning and was told that they would happily rush a revision with the right labels. I received notification within a couple minutes that the rush order had been placed. Today, another 5 days later, the now 2 sheets of labels needed still haven't even been printed... I'm told they may arrive on Thursday the 23rd... Entirely frustrating. Why on earth does it take $10.00 and a weeks time to print a couple standard size sheets of labels??? Not really expecting a great response from Avery but hopefully someone else is able to avoid having such a frustrating experience.
