I keep getting the run around. They requested picture of the wrong product I receive. I have the picture, but I can't sent it to them because Google doesn't recognize their email address. Debbie in customer service is suppose to send me an email address so I can send picture of the wrong product sent to me

they didn't send what i ordered. when i emailed customer service they say they did. I sent proof that they sent the wrong item and they still denied it. I can get a 30% refund or ship back to China. can ship it back to the return address on the package because that is in the US. they state that returning requires time or poses a loss risk which to me means they will never receive it back. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I ordered oceans and dinosaurs light projection and got bubbles. When I notified them they said that was what I ordered. If you look at the order it says oceans and dinosaurs. They do not produce what they advertise. Very disappointing! Will never do business with this company again. Rip-off!!!!

SCAM! SCAM! FRAUDULENT RIP OFF!
They claim they shipped my order but they sent it to the wrong address and state. Now they tell me to contact my local post office but they don’t know anything since it wasn’t shipped to them. Customer service is no help at all. They basically stole $75 from me. They got their money but I never received my order.

I received an incorrect item. I have been trying to get it corrected for over two weeks. I had wait for phone calls, to be told to an email. After many I emails, I am told I have to pay $20.00 to ship back the item they sent me before they send the correct item. What they sent me is not even worth $10

If I could give zero Stars I would!!! This site is a total scam I paid almost $33 for something I could have bought at the dollar store for .50 cents!! This site is 100% a scam and I hope that everybody reads this before pushing the purchase button like I did!!!!!

This company is a bait and switch, they show one item then send you something completely different than what you think you are buying.

This company is a complete rip-off. I kept on getting ads on the games I play on my phone for a projector to have a nighttime Sky or an underwater scene projected to my ceiling and walls. What I got was a cheap (think less than $2 to make) projector that looks like a disco ball on my ceiling that spins very fast, not at all conducive to sleep at night. I reached out to them first because the ad said that there was no shipping. But when I placed the order I was charged shipping. I emailed them twice, and they never returned my email. when I finally got the projector I called them and there was no answer. I have disputed this on paypal
