I love my rings & customer service is great!

I've made several purchases and each one has been a great experience from ordering until item was received. Customer service is superb. If you are considering a purchase, please know you will NOT be disappointed.

The quality is unquestionably superb, I love the unique style and design. Unfortunately the colour of the rock is not exactly true to the picture on their website, but I guess that can't be helped, some hues just can't be captured. I love that every ring comes with a care package, though I haven't figure out what is the purpose of the plastic stretchy strings. :)

I received rings that were two sizes larger than what I had ordered. I contacted customer service (it took over a week for them to respond) and I was told they would send me the correct size. It’s been almost a month now, and I have not received a replacement order. Also, they didn’t provide me with shipping instructions to return the rings I received. I just feel I am out $99. I forgot to add. I received an email on 10/2/25 that a shipment was coming. The tracking number they provided is the same tracking number as original shipment from Avena.

Terrible, I cancelled my order which they confirmed and even provided them with my bank details before they told me it hadn't been cancelled and sent the products and now I've tried getting a refund and they won't accept it

Don’t buy from this place, they change their name website from time to time, I made an order and never arrived and when I tried to contact them I almost get a virus on my phone because the website was loading some weird program. They stole my money and the products never arrived and you cannot even contact them. Please be careful, and it’s likely that the positive reviews are fake …
