The rechargeable table lamp was very bright. It is also very classy.

It gives a slightly premium to feel to the room without having a spend fortune

The ceramic vase has matte finish and feels solid. Looks nice on my dining table even without flowers.

Again with the prices and yes the prices are really high. If it is low, then it will great.

My room now looks well organized after I bought it. I would have given a review earlier but I wanted wait some days.

Poor product quality. More like if a spam company. They advertise product that are different than what they ship. Different quality and appearance. Customer service try to get along with it by offering discounts and refunds (customer pays refund shipping)

Very well made product just wanna share that the delivery is not up to the mark.

I have done the order in a easy manner without much hassle and the delivery was also quite quick.

Do not buy from this website, it is VERY cheap quality. Shipping is slow (took 4 weeks to recieve)

I bought a mens robe and when I received it I was horrified, it was ripped, terrible cheap quality and nothing like advertised!

An absolute nightmare trying to get a refund for this and everything is shipped from China so it makes returns a joke.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!

I ordered a soap dispenser nearly two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.

At this point I can only assume you're blowing the glass yourself from sand, mining the raw materials by hand, and constructing the packaging from sustainably sourced trees you've personally planted.

What I have received, however, is a steady stream of generic automated emails assuring me that everything is progressing perfectly smoothly. Apparently my order is "being processed", "on its way", and "arriving soon" all at the same time. Quite an achievement.

Even more impressive is the tracking system, which helpfully informs me that my order does not exist.

I've emailed customer service multiple times requesting an update. No response.

So to summarise:
Product: Missing.
Tracking: Missing.
Customer service: Missing.
Automated emails: Thriving.

The whole experience feels a bit like someone standing in the doorway whistling cheerfully and saying "nothing to see here" while gesturing vaguely towards a warehouse that may or may not contain my order.

I'd love to review the actual soap dispenser, but first it would need to arrive.

If I could give negative rating I would. Deflective emails that will not respond to my request for refund on a poor quality not as advertised product. They claimed the product to be a stained glass lamp. What I received, after the long wait time as they shipped via ship, was a clump of painted resin that operates on a cr2032 battery. They keep saying they understand my concern but will NOT provide a return label or refund.

If I could zero I would! The product I received is not what was pictured or described. Instead of a luxe cotton/linen cushion cover in beige, I received a cheap thin polyester type material in peach. The colour, the material, the tassels, the quality are all poor cheap quality. They would not take back and refund, and claimed that it's due to the photography and lighting - I know textiles, product photography and lighting - trust me, it is none of these! It is a completely different product. Absolute scam website! I've filed a fraud case against them also. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order for shower containers with a white pump. When they arrived, it was with the black pump. When I reached out to them, they said that they were having trouble with their Internet website and they would look into my order. They contacted me through email and said after reviewing everything, they were not going to replace the order that was incorrect, even though they admitted that they had issues with their website.. I then took a picture of what I ordered that was on my order site showing exactly the containers with white pumps. I contacted them again and they said they would not correct it but they would give me 10% off of a new order!!!! what kind of company does that? They admit that they sent the wrong one but yet they’re not going to correct it. I even said that if they mail me a return label, I would package up the black ones and please send me the white ones. They said they can’t do that. Obviously I won’t be ordering from them again and if you decide to order from them be very careful, they can send you something you didn’t order and you still have to pay for it.

Ordered hanging shelves and it is completely different to the pictures online. Such bad quality it is laughable. Website created a completely false impression. The products come from China and have a unsafe chemical smell. Have requested a refund - shall see how that goes. Do not order from this site!

This store is a fraud. They will send you incorrect items and then ask you a million questions and for photos as to why you want to return it and give you the run around, never refunding your money. All to waste your time and make you give up. All their products take forever to arrive and come straight from China. The rug I ordered had a strange smell.

This is a shop front that fulfills very cheap products from the other side of the world. There is no customer service and products take forever to arrive and arrive with low quality. Avoid, despite the nice looking products on a legitimate looking site
