Honestly lost for words… Beautiful home! Perfect location! Incredible host! From start to finish, literally would not change one thing. Walking distance to a beautiful peaceful beach location within the neighborhood. A convenience store right at the end of the road with golf cart and bike rentals. Straight shot to seaside(within biking and or golf cart distance) just outside busy mess but a quick hop to it! We had a blast and I will definitely use Avant Stay in the future!

Apartment is decent but the customer service is really bad, we arrived in Nashville with no check in details, emailed customer service 3 times, still waiting for a reply 4 hrs later. Had to phone them and eventually got thru and issue resolved, shouldn’t have to go thru this crap just to check in

The room was great but the quiet hours were not followed
The room was great, however the walls seem paper thin. The group who was renting out the room above us were very noisy. They did not follow the quiet hours and woke us up multiple times the two nights we were there. This was very disappointing and made the stay not what we would have liked.

A great place to stay!
The photos online were accurate! The condo was immaculate and full of all the amenities we would need and then some. The booking process was very easy, including instructions for a parking pass. There was plenty of room for our family and the two story set up made it feel roomy. We will definitely stay here again!

10 out of 10 - Just buy a full length mirror
The place was clean and matched the pictures beautifully. Appreciated the luxury soaps and shampoos. They smelled amazing. Definitely recommend adding a full length mirror and more mirrors throughout the condo.

Highly recommend AvantStay
This is our second year staying at an AvantStay property and we would highly recommend them. The communication is impeccable and the properties furnished with thoughtful touches such as coffee/tea/cooking oils/spices/ice etc. bedding is comfortable and the spaces clean. Checking in/out is seamless with clear instructions and an easy interface.

Great communication
Great communication. We needed a larger fitted sheet for the sofá bed and they delivered it quickly. We didn’t know where the elevator was and they gave us clear directions where to find it. Condo was clean and ready for us an hour early.

We had such a wonderful time in Santa…
We had such a wonderful time in Santa Rosa Beach! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean and quiet. We were able to easily rent beach chairs for the week, and the walk to the beach was not long at all. We rented bikes and rode to shops, restaurants, and scenic trails. Highly recommend this condo in Redfish Village!

Stayed in Nashville at Magnolia #7 - The place is a nice, good space and clean. BUT it was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever experienced. The beds were like rocks. The worst 3 night sleep we ever had. The living room furniture was terrible. I wouldn't stay here ever again.
