Amazing Customer Service
I made a mistake an ordered the wrong size shoe. I emailed customer service about my mistake and asked for an exchange. Not only did they send me a free pair in my size they allowed me go keep the other pair as well. Some of the best customer service I have ever received.

When exchanging my shoes
When exchanging my shoes, it took way too long for my shoes to arrive and was only shipped aftert reaching out. If I never reached out, my shoes would have never been delivered.

By far the best customer service ever
By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. A pair of shoes I ordered were slightly too big, so I contacted avancus which were happy to send over 2 pairs of shoes which were a perfect fit!! Excellent customer experience, I would highly recommend their shoes which are of very high quality for powerlifting performance, general grip, and sturdiness.

These are EXACTLY the shoe I have been waiting for
These are EXACTLY the shoe I have been wanting for my lifting. They have a fantastic grounded feel no matter what lift I’m training, perfect ankle support, wide enough for my toes to spread naturally yet no foot slippage or shifting inside, and they look super cool as a bonus! I will have to buy a second pair at some point just to wear everyday :)

Grippy, amazing quality, squatted 455 in them and had no movement or slippage, and same for sumo deadlift, and the way they feel is just so nice!

Great customer service
Bought a pair of shoes from them and it came in the right size, but didn't fit as well as I thought it would. Decided to try exchanging it and they sent me a prepaid label to do so. Got the new shoes the next day. I would say getting a response can be slow at times, but I believe it's a small team handling all of these. Overall had a great time buying from them

Wrong size sent twice
Ordered a size 7 men’s but they sent me an 8.5. They were nice enough to pay for the return shipping. However when the replacement package came they sent the wrong size again. They let me keep the 2nd pair, and sent another pair the next size down free of charge.

Power High Tops
Having lifted Nationally and Internationally for some years I thought I'd look to get on the Avancus Train. I can honestly say they're fabulous. Years ago I recall the Reebok Crossfit Lite being discontinued, they were my go to shoe for equipped squats and have been searching ever since.
These are next level, feel safe, secure and grounded like no other shoe I've ever tried.
