Great product

I’m leaving this review to say I had an overall positive experience .. I needed to re order an item that I broke so paid for next day delivery .. almost the same amount as the glass but I needed it as a part of the gift for a birthday . It didn’t arrive for next day so I had to give the present without, I know delays can happen but when you’ve paid the extra you expect either delivery or email to explain so contacted customer services to ask about a refund for the delivery as it hadn’t arrived and a lady called Olivia promptly replied with an apology and said that the charge would be refunded and it was .. can’t complain , I received the reply email without any delays so no chasing for refund etc glad to say the glass arrived safely as well !

Spoke to Olivia via email and she sorted out my issue straight away

The middle bottle with blue lid is nearly empty ( not opened but a lot lighter to the other two) and the bottle is plastic where as the other two bottles are glass and as far as I know full!!!

I bought this from yourselves for a 50th birthday present and the person told me this I’m not happy at all paid good money for supposedly a good produce, I would like either a refund or replacement otherwise I will be telling people not to buy this product and reporting yourselves to the ombudsman.

I received a Christmas AU instead of the Halloween one and Haani at Customer Service dealt with my problem effectively with kindness and excellent customer service skills. More than happy to recommend.

A good value for money offer was advertised on instagram.
This incited me to explore their website and purchase accessories which I was unaware existed.
Bottles came as promised carefully wrapped to avoid damage .
Would order again when great offer is seen.

Got the personalised bottle very quickly and was pleased with it. Unfortunately the diamond cut glass did not arrive and I had to travel to 2 depots to find out glass had been damaged and disposed of before could get a replacement glass, spoiled my experience,

Terrible customer service
Awarded free gifts they don't arrive. Told you qualify then you don't. Offered a 10£ voucher !! Won't order again. Over priced and terrible customer service......ludls with a Waitrose price tag....

Love the juicy peach vodka with lemonade. So easy to drink and so refreshing. Can’t wait to start cocktails in the summer.

Had a slight issue with a damaged packed. Emailed AU straight away.. who replied straight away and sent out a replacement order within 30 mins.. Amelia was brilliant.. quick replying and couldn't of been any more helpful. Thank you again Amelia ❤️

Ordered 72 pre mixed and received 3 crates and after 10 days the other 3 hadn’t arrived AU customer service Amelia who was helping f we’re super fast at responding I mean writhing 10 mins couldn’t fault them after wait the 10 days total mail asked I emailed at 7pm and by 9pm they had put through a replacement. 10/10 customer service.

item arrived damaged

I ordered a bottle of strawberry vodka & aam crystal cocktail glass for my mates birthday hamper, it came in a decent time however the glass came smashed to pieces ended up cutting myaelf trying to get it out of the box to check the damage, I contacted them straight away, they asked me to send pictures to prove it was broken, there was no urgency even though I mentioned that it was a gift and had ruined my plans for the hamper! I had to send the photos 4 times because they kept saying they didnt recieve them even though I was replying to the same email they were messaging me from! Just felt very dismissed and like I was an inconvenience. I was offered my money back or account credit with an extra £5 but not to have the item replaced, i would have had to order it again. I Won't be buying from them again.

We bought a gift set containing a bottle, 2 glasses and a pourer. Looked better when it arrived. A present well received by the recipient. Au Vodka got it spot on with quality, presentation and service.

When my order was delayed customer services were fast to reply. And they sorted out my order delivery. Thank you
