Price was competitive
Price was competitive. Other carriers changed their lower price after I committed. AutoStar did not do this. They have up front pricing.
They communicated well both for pick up and drop off and were flexible.
I would use them again.

Integrity
Auto star completed my car move from West coast to the Midwest within the time frame and for the amount agreed to. However, the transport driver offloaded MY car at a stop in Denver and used it for his personal use. He did not have permission NOR did he ask! When I showed the driver the odometer at pick up and drop off there was an additional 60 miles! He also took a McDonald’s gift card that I put in console for my son… ( denied but come on, moms like yo surprise their kids so I know it was taken !!) He said he put the gas back in the car ….. like that was compensation for using my car without permission- I asked for $ 100 refund and never heard a word back. Tony at AutoStar would not return my calls or text- pretty much dumped the problem on the driver. Which is not right. I bought the service through auto star, not the driver. BTW-Yanni P was the driver … be aware and call out to ANY transport driver you have recorded the mileage at pick up. I can’t imagine why the driver would take the risk of an accident let alone taking a car that he didn’t have the owners permission ….

Guam Shipping Experience
Good experience doing something I had never done before. I understand when you rely on third parties to carry out their function, things do not always go to plan. The driver for my scheduled pick-up did not accept the vehicle the first time due weight concerns, but this was soon resolved with a successful pickup and transport by a second vendor. The vehicle arrived in Guam on schedule, no damage and I was able to to receive it within 1 day. Great service and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service
I really have no complaints. The people I communicated with were extremely professional, and they explained to me at every step what the process would be like and what I needed to do to ensure the pickup and delivery of the car went smoothly. The carrier was punctual (in fact, the car arrived at its destination two days earlier than the estimated date I had been given). Shipping my car this way was something I had never done before and I felt a bit apprehensive, but the truth is that this company made it incredibly easy for me.

Autostar Transport delivered my Honda…
Autostar Transport delivered my Honda Pilot safely from South Carolina to Sitka, Alaska in excellent condition and quickly. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and kind. The driver of the transporter was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He put me at ease. I’d never sent a car anywhere, so I was nervous about the whole process. I will definitely use them again and recommend AutoStar.
