Amazing Service and provided me with everything that I needed. All of my questions were answered and they made looking at and buying a new car an easy process. I would definitely recommend Auto Lenders to anyone!

Most of the experience was fair , until the closing of the paperwork, than they started to lie, ie saying that the charge for the window security etching was mandatory and is done upon original autolender vehicle assessment., I saw no window etching or decal on any vehicle we looked at on toms river lot. Rachel lied , and my salesman confirmed the lie by going outside with me and looking , stating , I know I saw it here......the contract was rewritten. Chris M also jerked around with finance months and rate.....the experience didn't live up to there jingle...a better way to buy a car. Seemed like all the rest.

Upon posting the above review , I was contacted by autolender customer service. They were looking into what went wrong with the purchase closing and why . Jason the customer service rep. Would communicate with his team on how to make my experience better. They agreed to offset the finance rate and will be cutting a check this week for the difference.
I'm happy to see that their customer service and quality control is in fact willing to work with the customer. I brought the star rating up (2) stars.

I received EVERYTHING that I was promised along with courteous service. I WILL be sure to suggest Auto Lenders to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great experience at Auto Lenders! Nick was a great salesman who made the experience super positive! Once I made my decision I was able to purchase my new car and trade in my old vehicle in a timely manner unlike past experiences which tend to drag on. If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go!

Michael (Salesman) was awesome and helped me find what I wanted. Any questions I had he would get he information for me right away. I definitely would recommend Autolenders if you are looking to buy a car.

My experience went very well. Salesman, Clinton and a trainee Mark made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I forgot the name of the finance associate, but he reviewed and explained all the documents related to the purchase of the car. In addition, the general manager, Paul Puglisi introduced himself and said said if I have any problems or questions going forward, do not hesitate to contact him.

I will not go anywhere else for another car.

My experience with Auto and lenders was great after reviewing documents at home I was told that they were giving me something to come to find out that I was paying for a warranty on rims and Chip paint for the $4,000 that I was charged I could have purchased my own rims and had the car repaint it for then the warranty cost the whole time when it was present this was presented to me it was we were giving you something not we were adding it on to your bill so I end up paying $4,000 for the car then I had expected buyer beware read all the small fine print

I love my car your customer service skills was appealing. But as a senior I some what feels took avanish of not because of the price of the car but the value of it. Its a 4 cly. At that price it not fair because what I’m paying for your car I should have a 3.6 with a sun roof and all the packages

Drove 3 hrs from ct to nj to look at a car for my daughter. I was impressed with the building and all the cars they had. It looked like a new dealer car lot. All the used cars they had looked brand new! The car i looked at we purchased that day and drove it home. I would buy a vehicle again from them and would recommend to anyone.

Bought my car at Auto Lenders on route 37 the gentleman Chris help me out there was no rush or pushing to get me into a vehicle but I was able to find what I liked and they did everything possible to get me into it thank you very much I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a car

It was a pretty smooth process. I wish they were closer and as always I wish that the car buying experience was faster. But overall a really great experience I would refer them!
