My experience of navigating the Autoglyn website.
I found the website easy to navigate. To order the product that I required was easy: scrolling through the products to the one I required. Checking the price of the product was clear, and also was the quantity. It was the putting the order in the basket, and then going to checkout. As I had an existing account it displayed automatically my delivery address, which if different could be amended. I then had put in my credit card details, and press continue to make payment. If ordered by a certain time, the delivery would be the next day.

You get what you pay for, effective, expensive but worth it!
I’ve been using Autoglym products for a long time and rate many of them highly.

Honour the Guarantee
autoglym have great products but lifeshine is a con.
I paid £250 for my new car to have this protection but it was applied to a dirty car and after first was you can see bird droppings and poor polish marks.
I have asked for a refund or a total valet with a professional applying the product I paid for.
Lets see and if they honour their guarantee.

In this instance we advise to contact the selling dealership to discuss the concerns of the vehicle preparation and application for assistance.
Whilst Autoglym uphold the terms & conditions of the guarantee for the items that are covered under the policy. In the instance of inadequate or poor preparation of the vehicles surfaces prior to the application of the LifeShine products or defective or incomplete application of the LifeShine products are an exclusion under the guarantee and are the responsibility of the selling dealership to resolve on behalf of the customer.
