DO NOT BUY! This site (auto2parts.com) sells parts from Carend society and these are closely related (I suspect the owner is the same). I am yet another victim of this company. In late July 2026, I purchased a Volkswagen DSG automatic transmission for €1,453, from the site auto2parts.com, and they assured me it was compatible with my car. They guaranteed in writing that they would exchange it if any compatibility issues arose. When my mechanic examined the part provided, he found that it was not compatible with my car; furthermore, it was malfunctioning—partly because it was an used part showing signs of wear. When I explained the situation to them, their only response was to insist that the part was compatible, offering no solution whatsoever. They do not answer the phone (there is only a virtual assistant that provides no help, and it is impossible to speak to a real person). In response to my warranty-related email, they simply claimed the part was compatible. Following my repeated complaints, they have gone silent. It has been nearly a month since they last replied to my emails. They also offer no in-person support; everything is handled online. I am currently preparing a lawsuit against them.
