Fraudulent organisation. Has debited my credit card 4 time already. Called up my bank and they said they knew of these fraudsters. I have now had to cancel the card and raise a fraud report to my bank. SCAMMERS!!!

I keyed in the legitimate Qld Registration website from my renewal notice and this popped up as first option. (My mistake, I didn't check thoroughly). You fill in your car registration number, your credit card details, email etc and it is supposed to send you an email - no email, nothing. I then realised it was FAKE. So I immediately rang my bank to cancel the card, 50 cent charge already. I have reported to ASIC and my bank who are investigating. This site needs to be shut down. According to their website they situated at Loganholme Qld. Dodgy brothers!

This company is a total scam, only a little time will go to see how much harm I have done to myself by believing that they were part of the government. Their site is very well presented. I honestly thought that I was too smart to fall for this sort of scam and yet I fell for it wholesale. I feel like a fool. This shouldn't be legal.

total scam is paying google to be the top result on a search for rego in australia.. then wants a 50c fee but it also automatically enrolls your cc to a monthly 9.95 charge... stay away scammers

There should be a minus star rating. These people are parasites that put themselves out there looking like a government official site. When I realised they weren’t it was too late and they had done the soft touch by taking just 50c from my account but that’s how they work, they’ll be back for more. I called them immediately and was so wild with them (couldn’t understand what they were saying apart from they don’t refund but will cancel my membership). What fn membership?! Plus they don’t refund you according to their terms and conditions and at no time was I pointed to terms and conditions, they just get your name, email and card number. I’ll find them and wring their necks if they dare try to take more money. I emailed them and said ignoring me won’t make me go away. Deceitful, disgusting bum behaviour. They’ve crossed the wrong person this time. They need to close down and get a real job.

This company is a scam. Keeps taking money from your bank account without authority. Small amounts at odd times. Beware.

Scam. Steals your details , and deductions of sall amounts come off credit card. My husband had to cancel his credit card because of this scum mob

Don't know how they got my MIL bank details but been debited $4.95 each month.
Then super rude when you call, "you must have joined" "we can't get your details", won't listen to you, won't get a manager for you.
Just on to bank now....they are aware of this scam.

These people are scammers claiming to be from Queensland. They advertise as an Australian vehicle registration portal, but they are not. If you ring their customer service the lying little t**ds claim to be a legitimate subscription service. This is outrageous, dont give them your bank details, DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

This is a SCAM!!! I noticed they were taking $4.95 from my account every month and when I called they had all my details. How they got them - I don't know! I never signed up for this and I would never pay $4.95 a month for absolutely nothing. I have asked them to cease and desist. If I see another payment go though I will be taking legal action!

Accidently logged onto this site thinking (not to carefully) to renew my sons rego for him. Realised it was the wrong site and moved on. Thought Id wasted $4.95. They have since taken 80 odd dollars from my account in 4.95 lots. Just closed account that I did not know I opened. Lesson learnt.

SCAM! And still active as of today 12 06 2022. Do not go near! They masquerade as Govt vehicle registration information site but are a bogus business set up to skim your bank account. They stung my elderly parents - only a tiny amount but very upsetting for them. I was there when it happened. Sorted out now with the help of their Bank.

i noticed these small charges on my credit card over a period of months. i contacted them via email and requested they stop billing me for a service that i never requested. I dont know how they got my credit card details either. they contacted me and said they would stop billing me but i have since received another monthly fee plus an international transaction fee. i have advised them that i will report them if they bill me again

Absolute scam & rip off masquerading as Qld Govt rego information and charge disguised monthly fees...clever web positioning & copy..beware!
