Had a great experience with the company.
Their team member Jerry provided exceptional customer service. He was very professional, quick to respond and solve any issues and made switching energy providers much smoother as well as getting us very good deals.

They are simply the best. Katherine was so helpful and ensured that any issues we had with energy supplier (which often does) was rectified as soon as possible. Great people to have in your corner when you are dealing with ruthless energy companies.

We received an unsolicited e-mail from a "trusted utility broker" at ausavers, asking for copies of our latest bill and they would "handle the rest and find the best deals" So I wasted my time, locating and copying our bills and e-mailing back to confirm the future prices I had obtained from our curent supplier.
I reeived a 'phone call within minutes from the alleged "trusted utility broker" who couldn't even string a meaningful sentence together! After bumbling away incoherently, he apologised and explained that he was completely new to the job and perhaps I should speak to his Manager. His manager then took over the call and gushingly asked me how I was feeling today. With such a typcally disingenous sales approach like that, the only response was "irritated"!
I hung up and they immediately called back, but I have now blocked the number and the e-mail address.
After a lifetime in senior management, I have pretty good business antennae and there is no way I would waste any more time with these people.
Prior to this review, Trustpilot were showing 7 dubious reviews, all of them 5 star, but I would really like to know how this results in an overall rating of 4.3 stars?

So far, so good! Very pleasant people to work with and I'm looking forward to the huge savings on my gas and electricity bills. I was extremely sceptical in regards to the whole experience from the start however, to my amazement the whole thing has worked out very well!
