My experience with Aura has been fantastic so far. Everyone I interacted with at each step of the process was really great, extremely kind and professional, very patient and explained clearly what they needed me to do. Also, I really feel that Aura staff members never try to rush me, which is usually the feeling that I have everytime I interact with healthcare professionals in the US, so I feel really great about it.
I also feel that the team is really listening to what I tell them, that they really try to co-create the program with me, and that there is no shaming nor pressure in the way they approach things. I also like how in-depth their analysis goes, and how thorough the information gathering has been, which gives me confidence that they really have a holistic view of my situation.

Completely blown away by how in depth this experience was. No where have I ever had so many in depth tests run to check my health. There was always something missing, but with Aura I had a full in depth look at my health and in my own living room to make matters better! Staying on top of your health is one of the best decisions you can make and Aura helps you do it quite easily.

The nurse comes to your place to do many analyses in a relatively short time, and I found that this was extremely convenient and comfortable. And super fast (no need to go anywhere). Then you get a pretty serious follow-up and the explanation (by a GP) of all the biomarkers that they measure, put in the context of any pre-existing condition or worry you may have. It makes sense and it is pretty instructive. I made a few adjustments to my lifestyle following that (also you talk to specialists like nutritionist, physical exercise etc)

aura has redefined health and how we approach it. They truly optimize your health rather than just treating symptoms. More than anything, the aura team is kind, thoughtful, and intentional. Throughout the process I was not only welcome to ask questions, but encouraged. I never felt like I was just another patient needing to be hustled in and out but I was able to collaborate with the team to figure out what works best for my body, mind, schedule, etc. Highly recommend!

I am grateful to aura for helping through my health journey. Never had time to take it seriously. But aura’s approach from the first call to the action plan is brilliant.
The service is quick, at a fair price ( even if health has no price) and the team is reassuring.
PS : I’m in my early thirties and working a lot, everything is made for you to be comfortable through the check up and appointments.

I did not expect that in a gentle way I would be told that my blood pressure was very abnormally high. I called for an appointment with my regular physician who told me to come first time the next morning a gave me various prescriptions which worked. But having this early warning was extremely valuable.
