Very constructive and knowledgeble advice given throughout the process. No hard sell but given plenty of time to audition the products before purchasing. Very professional approach all round including the installation.

Close and friendly location

People buy from people
I have used Swindon Audio T for many years, and have always received excellent service from Andy, the manager there.
There is occasionally an issue with a particular brand not being stocked by them, but otherwise you feel looked after as a customer, and I would personally much prefer to buy from someone I know and can rely on locally.

I have bought several items from this store over the years and I always receive excellent advice and service. It is good to have an independent store like this where you still get products that you can try in store or at home .

Brilliant customer service
All members of staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Quality costs but it's worth it in the long run. I hope this business stays around for a long time.

Great clearance bargain
I bought a streamer online in the clearance sale. It was described as ex-demo. I would normally go to one of the Audio-T shops to see clearance items, but I've had a good experience with them previously, so I took chance on home delivery. The streamer came in its original packaging with all its accessories and was clean and unmarked. It works perfectly and so I've got a great bargain from Audio-T. I think if I was buying clearance speakers, then I would listen to them in the shop beforehand, but Audio-T do look after their demo kit, so I recommend their clearance bargains.

I was looking to Upgrade my Turntable…
I was looking for a new Turntable and having purchased a Rega amp from Audio T in Swansea about a year ago I spoke with Nic about the Rega Planar 6 and how that might fit within my HI-FI set up. Nic was very helpful and arranged a demo session which he set up to match my home system. He answered all my questions and clearly understood my home set up and what effects I was trying to achieve. With his expertise and knowledge I was grateful for his input and that enabled me to make informed decisions and I have since been delighted with my purchase.
