Perfect way to choose your ultimate speakers...
Relaxed demo with the three different speakers I had short listed. Andy was happy for me to set up with my amps and source for the demo. He then arranged a weekend loan of the ATC SCM 19s that I was interested in. Can't fault their service. Bought the ATCs with stands and can't be happier.

Ade gave us time to sit down and listen to various combinations of equipment without any pressure of preference or to purchase. Whists subtleties in sound were pointed out, we were never told what was best.
We were there several times, took our own vinyl and made to feel welcome every time.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I went to Audio T in Reading as I was having problems with my turntable. They diagnosed the fault, supplied and fitted a new cartridge and did a mini-service on the turntable on the spot, all for the RRP of the cartridge- unbelievable service!

Swansea Branch - Top Team
I visited the Swansea branch whilst I was in holiday in Gower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even though I didn’t have a specific reason for visiting or purchasing anything. I had a demo of their Hegel 400/ATC system and was very impressed for a one box solution (my reference, my system is a Naim 300 with Dali Epikore Speakers). The Hegel was very good for a one box solution.
I ended up purchasing a WiiM smart speaker (with display) which I am very pleased with and it got a lit of use in the holiday cottage.
Thoroughly recommend the Swansea branch - thanks guys!
